We were very satisfied with our stay. I really like the location. The beds were very comfortable and we got our wake up call as we requested. Breakfast is always good.

The front staff, the maids, everyone was extremely nice & accommodating. The only down side was when we were relaxing and enjoying our hot tub time, the pool maintenance gentleman struck up a conversation. At first it was very pleasant but he turned it into a political thrashing. My husband several times tried to tell him that we just choose to disagree but he kept pushing it. When I was on vacation time, it just seemed bad that we had to get upset about this. He was a nice enough gentleman but did not seem to know when he should drop a subject. He came back after we broke off the conversation, twice. Once he seemed to be trying to apologize but found himself going back to the conversation. The second time he just seemed to be trying to make small talk so that we would forget everything else.
I do not believe a staff member should walk up to guests and ask them what they do for a living or start political conversations. We all have bad days, I understand that, but he carried this to an extreme in our opinion. We just wonder how many other customers he has done this with. Not a positive for the site.

Great facility, great people, fridge & Microwave in room - the greatest thing was drinks and hors d'ouvres complimentary from a couple of local restaurants. After a long day on the road - what a treat!!!!

Never have I been treated so poorly at a Holiday Inn Property. I was not identified as a Priority Club member and was refused an upgrade. I had concerns about the tattered towels in my room(i have pictures) and upon checkout I addressed this. All I was told was " Have a nice day" I asked if they wanted to know about my concerns with my stay and they just said " I hope you have a better day" I was also told that Holiday Inn Midtown had rtemodeled rooms and I should try there.

While staying at this hotel was comfortable and we loved the free happy hour, the front desk staff was not great at getting things done. I experienced several miscommunications with them on an issue that was to be taken care of a local business, but the thing I REALLY didn't like was that a coworker and I asked them to drop cards in their outgoing mail for us. Neither recipient received their card for over a week. I called and asked if they had been mailed out, and the front desk assured me they did, but when the recipient of the card received it, it was postmarked the day after I called. I felt terrible that the birthday card I sent didn't get there on time because the staff at this hotel didn't do what they said they would. If you have issues, I would speak directly to a manager and don't assume this hotel can solve problems.

Nice environment, located by an abundance of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to main highways. Clean with a friendly staff.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Staff and Quiet Hotel
Business travel is sometimes a challenge. You need a place to work and then a place to relax for the night. This hotel does that. My room was fresh and clean and most of all quiet. The staff was knowledgeable about great local places to eat and also very helpful in printing out some documents for me. This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and I did not know what to expect, I do now and will stay here again.

Guest reception during the week, and the local dining discounts are an added bonus to this clean, quiet, friendly location. Among my favorite Holiday Inn Express to stay at - and I travel 250 or so days a year!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for my needs. Not enough handicapped parking.

This new Holiday Inn Express is a great asset to a town that was lacking in hotels. The stay was great and the staff awesome. At check in we were greeted, given our usual club member snack and an additional coupon to a local eatery. Very large suite and clean hotel everywhere.
