Cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed at, Staff and crew were attentive to any questions or needs. I will be back to this location.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.. We asked for a room away from the elevator and our request was met. We had a very quiet and clean room.. We only stayed one night so we were not able to use the pool or fitness rooms. We would stay here again.

I used to stay here on a regular basis, last visit they promised 500 points for being member, no points posted, I also had a card from manager from previous visit that said if you come back you get 1000 points, I told staff of that & it was never awarded, they said they would do that right away. still no points for this points junkie. guess I will go down the road next time.

Another great experience. Last minute reservation for us and the staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed the stay.

During my stay an incident occurred and the staff handled the situation very very poorly. They put us in a bad and uncomfortable situation that should never happen at a hotel. We planned to stay two nights but left after the first one because we did not feel comfortable sleeping there another night. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We generally stay at a different location and this was our first stay at this particular location and we really liked it. The room was really nice and quiet. The breakfast options were excellant. Staff was really friendly and we plan to stay there again in a couple of weeks.

This hotel is one of the nicer hotels for Holiday Inn but it is overpriced and also very noisy due to its location. Train blows it horn throughout the night,
GJ has a shortage of hotels it its are so be ready for price gouging which is what IHG does when they can get away with it.
Also did not get my IHG points - as computer wasn't working.
Staff at the hotel weren't very friendly. Overall, not a nice experience and I will no doubt choose other hotels when I visit GJ again.

The only negatives were the bathroom was somewhat small, and I didn't like the pillows. I was surprised at how expensive the cost of rooms were in Grand Junction in general.
