Arrived late, staff very helpful at identifying the best type of room choice for the best price. Ended up staying in a family suite for a good value.

On our recent road trip, we stayed at a total of 7 HI Express sites and clearly this facility was the best on them all. Very clean and the staff went out of their way to assist us. I can't recommend this facilty high enough.

My grandson commented that his bed at this (his favorite) hotel is much more comfortable than his one at home! We both find something we like at the breakfast buffet, although I do wish you had soy or almond milk. He loves the pool, and this hotel is near all the best shopping and restaurants for this region (mall, discount stores, etc.). Since this community serves as the "city trip" for the surrounding rural areas, it makes for a great getaway where kids are happy and adults can take care of business.
I am a priority club member, and I am recognized as such. The views are not ideal, so I can't say the hotel has "atmosphere" but it is comfortable, has an attractive interior, and feels very safe.

Great Room - Upstairs and quiet which is just the way we like it when on travels. The room was clean and open with good lighting and a good selection for television. The room was also warm and well ventilated. We made a good choice.

Most of the hotels are by the airport, but I had business in Redlands. Very nice location in town.

It is hard to beat a newly remodeled hotel. But when you add in the service and amazing breakfast they include, you just can't find anywhere else to compete. This property just remodeled and they have discounts at the 50 odd restaurants that surround it. Service is amazing. They let me check in at 11 am (3 pm is standard). Got bonus points for mentioning their Facebook post. From morning to night, the staff is great. Smiles, directions, advice...whatever you need they are happy to help.
I have been a Prioirty Club member for over 7 years and I have not remember a nicer hotel that I have stayed at. Sure some have had minor things (PC floor, Concierge, etc) but in a whole this is hands down the best. And to top it off, all PC members get a goodie bag (Water, trail mix, chocolate) at check in.

I have stayed at this property 2 times and have not been recognized as a Priority Club Member. Overall staff was not friendly

Only thing I noticed this time is EXCESS foam in the hottub----but, was still nice!

We were pleasantly surprised by the capacious room with two big TVs, a lounging area, king size bed, and much more. The staff was able to recommend nearby restaurants. Breakfast was ample and delicious.

The room was great, bed was better than what I have at home, slept better during my stay for the week. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I travel quite a lot in Colorado and will be back next time I'm in the area.

The 2 bedroom suite is great for families, I have stayed here twice now with my daughter, her husband & 2 children. The pool and hot tub are great & The kids love them. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast has lots of choices with something for everyone.
I didn't receive anything this time for being a Priority Club Member.

We stayed one night in a room with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable and the carpet appeared to be fairly new. The breakfast selection was great and tasty. Flat panel TV was appreciated. The air conditioner was very quiet which was a pleasant change from what we usually experience. Only negative was the noise from the room on the floor above us. Small kids jumping on the floor for two hours from 8 to 10 p.m. Was quiet once they went to sleep.

this is a very nice place, very friendly staff and breakfast help also. would sure stay here again , beds were very comfortable here also, we had 8 room's here-- and the resturant right next store is good food also 12 of us had dinner here while on a road trip everyone in group liked it. i will sure recomend this holiday inn to all my friends..

This hotel overcharged my credit card and did not provide the requested ADA room. Very rude staff. Priority club membership was not recognized.
