We were a little put off that check-in took about 8 to 10 minutes, was so late - pass midnight The room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower was huge. All in all we did have a good time and plan to stay again. August 13, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Family visit hotel was kinda hidden but nice quiet area biggest issue was i was assured one thing and didnt happen when issue was brought up to front desk girl didnt really do anything or contact a member of management to see if there was anything they could do i had to call the number on back of my card to get it fixed and they got manager involved August 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super clean rooms, amazing beds, great overall Never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. Such a great surprise. The beds and pillows were heaven. Everything you would expect at this level and then some. We travel a lot and just have never considered this chain before. Definitely will be looking for these in the future! July 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by CUSTOMER SERVICE The facility was nice, but I had been placed in a room just next to the building's transformer, and the transformer was having difficulties. It sounded like an alarm clock buzzer going off about every 5 minutes. I called the front desk three times and went down to the front desk twice. The would not move me to a new room. I was told this would be taken care of....but, that never happened. I don't like to complain, but Id did not get very much sleep. July 14, 2014
