Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Frequent Visitor From my kitchen sink falling apart, remote control would not work because the sensor was moved, to the quality of sleep with the mattress, this was the worst trip I've ever had a this facility. I continue to go there because of how close it is from my job but it's very difficult to continue especially when you're not sleeping well. On this trip, I was not the only one that complained about the mattress. I want to give this Holiday Inn one more chance at the end of the year but I really don't know after this last experience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Fun with Six Year Old Daughter This trip was about treating my six-year old daughter to something special for her birthday, and she certainly got something special. I had been to this hotel before several times, but I had not ever been upgraded to room 403. The room was amazing. The staff was especially friendly and supportive. We had an incredible time in the splash pad and appreciated being able to have pizza on-site on Friday night. I remember getting the call from the hotel a few weeks earlier where we were told that they had taken down the big three-story slide, but I knew that wouldn't matter to my daughter. I am looking forward to going there again on my next trip to Grand Rapids. October 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall stay The staff was great. We needed to change rooms due to construction, this was handled very well. For breakfast I would like to see Green Tea and decafinated tea. Cocoa would be nice too The eggs are pretty bad as well as the turkey sausage. Greek yogurt would be better than what was served. Waffles would be an improvement to hotcakes. The cereal, fruit and breads were excellent. October 4, 2014
