Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Suited Our Needs We were in town visiting a friend. This hotel, for one evening, suited our needs. They offered a complimentary breakfast, had a pool, and hot tub. Actually, we were offered a suite instead of the double beds we had originally booked for the special rate. It seems as if the hotel needed the double beds. Only two things were slightly off-putting. One... the staff was not necessarily as friendly as they could have been. I don't require much. But a smile or welcoming glance would be nice. Secondly, I've NEVER received a phone call to my room 5 minutes after the check out time to remind me of the check out time. It was slightly annoying. I have stayed at MANY hotels across the world for business and pleasure. This was a first... essentially being rushed out. May 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet and the staff was friendly. In the morning in the breakfast area, a gentleman sincerely said Good morning, shook my hand and ask me how I slept, he introduced himself as Robert and did this for everyone who can to breakfast. He offered newspapers and generally was a ray of sunshine on a cool morning. This will make me stay at this Holiday Inn Express again next month and most likely for many months to come. May 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A little out of the way but great service The hotel is behind a shopping center and the roads to it are not in very good shape. After getting there everything was as expected except we couldn't get the room to cool down and there was light coming into the window which was at the front of the hotel. When I went down to check out early the next morning there was a fellow, who I didn't know at first was a staff member, greeting everyone as they came into the breakfast area or lobby. He was very loud and somewhat annoying. His loudness frightened some of the quest. May 12, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, problem with room air conditioner I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never had any problems. This trip was for our daughter's college graduation. We had 2 rooms and the air conditioning did not work in one of them. We mentioned it twice to hotel staff with no response. Hopefully, in the future concerns will be addressed. May 6, 2015
