Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GRAND VALLEY FAMILY WEEKEND We enjoyed our stay at this hotel while we visited Art Prize in Grand Rapids and GVSU Family Weekend activities. We were close to many restaurants and had easy access to the highway to get to downtown Grand Rapids. The suite setup of the room was a nice surprise and the breakfast was very good. October 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and nice hotel Good room reasonable price. The reservations I made were not there when I arrived but the staff did the best they could. Breakfast is just o.k.. The rooms were pleasant. More attention needs to be given to the plumbing. For the price this is a good place to stay. September 30, 2015

Everything I want and nothing I don't want to pay for: clean, comfortable beds, TV, wireless internet and parking included, USA Today and breakfast buffet. No complaints about noise. Excellent location for my purposes: close to airport, close to plenty of restaurant choices. Easy access to Interstate. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend to others. September 28, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cold shower and in need of an update I booked a room with 2 queen beds although they gave me a handicap room and explained that because I booked online that they would not guarantee what I booked. Hotel was over booked due to a local event and they took the opportunity to double the room cost on a hotel that is in need of a renovation. The morning shower was an experience as the water temperature was cold and only turned to slightly warm after 10 minutes. The person at the front desk acknowledged that they were aware of the issue as others have complained in the past although the owner has not corrected the water heating issue. I will pass on staying at this hotel in the future! September 27, 2015
