Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Nice Hotel The hotel is tucked back away from the rest of the world. On a cold night it is a bit of a walk to eat. Suggest having a car. During the summer there would be a few places to eat within walking distance. Nice comfortable beds with your choice of firm or soft pillows. This makes for a better nights sleep. The staff is great. If your breakfast expectation is like all other Holiday Inn Expresses, you will not be disappointed. As long as the cinnimon rolls are on the buffet-all is well January 29, 2015

Everything was fine, however, we discovered the shower head needs to be repaired and the electric outlets were not available due other room fixtures requiring their use. January 26, 2015

We didn't have to all watch the same things on the Tv. Room was nice and pretty comfortable. Just wished breakfast was earlier on the day we were there, January 19, 2015

The room was very comfortable and accommodated 5 adults easily. The food at the free breakfast was good and there was an adequate variety of food choices. The price was very reasonable!! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, not nice service My husband and I stayed in the suite for 2 nights. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We left the room at 11 am the next day and came back around 9 pm and it was obvious housekeeping had not been in as the room was exactly how we left it: unmade bed, used towels on the floor, no replaced towels, etc. I called the front desk to let them know of the error, and to ask for more towels, and the woman's response was simply, "Oh.. I'll send over towels right away." While we appreciate the quick response in getting more towels, we did not appreciate the fact that there was no apology and also no suggestion on how she could help to fix the situation (since part of what we paid for is daily housekeeping). Upon checking out the next morning, we let a new person at the front desk know of the mistake. This time, it was clear in both her tone and facial expression that she did not care and did not think it was her problem, although she did give a somewhat sarcastic verbal apology. All in all, it was a good stay at the hotel, but it was sorely lacking in considerate staff and hospitality. We weren't that upset that the room wasn't cleaned as mistakes happen, but we were upset that the staff we interacted with clearly did not know how to behave in a courteous, professional manner when mishaps arise. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lazy cleanup on last night We stayed at this property for 4 days and 3 nights. On our second to last day, we placed the card on the bed to indicate we wanted changed sheets and left towels in the bathroom to indicate we wanted them washed. We left at 11am and returned at midnight. Upon our return, we noticed that the room had been "cleaned", but several things were left undone. The bed had been remade, but with the same old sheets. We could tell because there were pieces of our hair and lint from our clothes under the topsheet. Also, on the first night, we tossed a pillow onto the floor because the case already had what looked like a blood or make-up stain on it. We didn't think it necessary to complain since we had 3 others. After the "cleaning", this dirty pillow was just placed back onto the bed. The room has a jacuzzi in it and it clearly had not been cleaned either. I was very upset that the room had been so lazily cared for, but knew that it could not be properly addressed at midnight. I called the front desk anyway to let them know how dissatisfied I was and they offered an apology and nothing more. Normally, this wouldn't be such a big deal, but a brochure in the room specifically stated that if anything about the stay is unresolved, that portion of the stay did not need to be paid for. Surprise, surprise, no one offered this option and instead repeatedly told me that nothing could be done at that time of night. In fact, I felt like the front desk clerk was implying that it was my fault for not calling earlier. Since we had been out enjoying our day and did not assume we needed to return early to make sure the staff completed their jobs properly, I did not appreciate this approach. I've been treated much better by other companies and will not likely consider IHG properties for future Christmas visits to the area. January 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place, close to conveniences Nice rooms, loved the availability of the 2 doubles, and additional sofa bed for our tweens. great breakfast included, made our morning start very easy. pool was big enough and the kids enjoyed it, although like all hotel pools, very noisy once there were more than a dozen kids in it. staff was professional, efficient and helpful with a smile. overall one of our better experiences at a hotel for a stop and stay. good value. Close to Pando Ski park and lots of restaurants close by. walking distance to Meijer for any conveniences. January 4, 2015
