I brought my cat in a carrier and all employees wanted to see and talk to her. We had a nice quiet evening of watching tv which I enjoyed without having any exterior noise. Holiday Inn Express is by far my go-to hotel.

Great place to stay in Grants Pass, clean, well appointed hotel, friendly and attentive staff and great hot breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

when we opened the drapes, the view was that of a cement wall and a large rock pile over to the right. I would look MUCH better if there was maybe a Muriel painted or a trellis with some plants around

This was the first time I had stayed at this HIE or any HIE for quite some time. Upon check in, the staff was very polite and attentive to my requests. I knew we would be needing more shampoo and conditioner and without hesitation, they set us up with enough to easily get through the weekend. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well and was quiet...something that I have not found with many hotels.
We were staying for a softball tournament with the rest of our team during a very busy weekend. There was no place in town for our whole team/families to eat dinner so we requested the breakfast area of the hotel so that we could bring in food for a team dinner. The evening staff, Dalaney and Theresa, were very accommodating, making sure that we had everything that we needed for our team gathering. Additionally, I was dealing with an unexpected medical situation from my son, who was in Bend at a baseball game. The situation was very stressful for me, but your staff were very caring and kind (both the evening...Delaney and Theresa...and the morning) in helping me handle the difficult situation. I felt like they genuinely cared. Overall, it was an excellent experience, mostly because of the staff working there.

Loved the breakfast options, hotel staff friendliness, and clean rooms and lobby, the fitness room left something to be desired in the way of cardio equipment but had a good weight selection. The pool is shared with another hotel. Great internet speed!

I have/use a CPAP machine. Some properties have lamps with outlets (usually only one) on the nightstand tables. It would be helpful to someone that uses a CPAP and also has a phone or other device that they would like to charge during the night, but keep by the bed, to have access to more outlets at the nightstands. I realise that some of the properties are older and have limited availability to outlets in the bed area, which is why I carry a powerstrip and extension cord with me when I travel. However, where possible, access to more/multiple outlets that could be used for sleep devices (CPAPs, etc.) as well as charging other devices would be helpful.

When it is hot outside, like above 80, make sure the AC is turned on in advance of your arrival. Everything was ok except the room temperature. It was hot and it took half the night to cool it down to sleep.
