My friend and I were traveling through Grants Pass and had made reservations for the night. The desk clerk was welcoming and friendly. Our overnight stay was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and helped get our last day on the road off to a great start. I'll stay at this hotel again, given the opportunity.

probably unavoidable and preferable to having lower floor and other guest noise. Generally good visit overall.

I had a great visit to Grant's Pass. The hotel was easy to get to. Great room. Great staff. I will definitely stay again.

Don't stay on the first floor!
My room, next to the women's bathroom, was the loudest room I've ever stayed in at a Holiday Inn Express and the noise had nothing to do with the women's restroom.
There must be some utility closet around the room I stayed that would turn on and off throughout the night. As this was a stop along my drive to sleep, being kept awake was a safety issue for me.
Sadly, I was too tired to complain despite my lack of sleep so I don't want to judge the hotel's lack of response since I didn't give them the opportunity.
The woman I met at check was great. When I tried to complain to somebody at check out, there was nobody to be found.
