Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed the Jacuzzi Room after cleaning the tub myself A few staff members were great but most were not interested in provided great service - not answered the phone while trying to check out - when I went down to the front desk no one was at the desk - I don't know why the phone was not answered the two times I tried to call. I had to clean the hair in the tub before using it which was gross. The floor needed to be vacuumed and there were ants so don't leave anything on the table for more than an hour unless you want to kill the ants all over the table. Other than that I loved the Jacuzzi tub except one of the jets was not working. Next time I will stay at another location with Holiday Inn Express with a Jacuzzi tub in hopes of having a better experience. I have gone to other Express locations and had wonderful experiences. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service! We stayed at the DFW Grapevine hotel for a night while we fly out for business purposes. Great staff, very attentive and helpful, everything was nice and clean and great. If you plan to fly out and use their shuttle and leave your car, be aware that you will have to pay for parking, you can use to save some money. This is definitely a great place to stay, will stay again for our next airport travels. November 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by holiday inn policies need reviewing We reserved room 220 which is the two room suite 6 months in advance of the arrival date. When we checked in we were given another room with no explanation. I noticed and asked why. the explanation was that the occupant had decided to stay longer and the Holiday Inn Express policy is that they will never ask someone to leave. I asked if they could just be moved to our room and the answer was no. After some discussion, I finally talked them into giving me the room after the current occupant left. It was not offered, I had to negotiate for it. Remember I had a confirmed reservation for that room. My concern is not with the manager and attendant but with the policy of Holiday inn. This policy is not consistent with other hotels and will likely cause me to seek other accommodations in the future. I will be surprised if I get a response to this complaint. November 13, 2015
