We arrived at the hotel and they has no electricity. Not one employees tried to assist us in getting us another hotel!! I just stood around going there is nothing we can do!, but they were able to talk on their cell phones with their friends and family but they couldn't call a sister hotel to try and help us. We had to do that our selfies.
I would never recommend this hotel to Anyone. I do know that power outage wasn't within their control but how they did responded to the situation was. I would have thought they should have been trained to handle unforeseen situations to best accommodate IHG customers. And telling us there was nothing they could do want acceptable!!!! Just seemed very unprofessional.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Great location to the airport, restaurants, and shopping.
