Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed this time I have stayed at this hotel before with no problems. I had some issues this time. The microwave wouldn't turn on... I called the front desk. "you have a microwave in your room?" was the response. He eventually led me to turning on all of the light switches to make the outlet work. Then the toilet wasn't flowing. He brought up a plunger that did not fit the hole and told me to do it,, NOT what I expected!! I have stayed here before with no problems and will return,, it's a great location for the conference that I attend, but hopefully it will be a better outcome. March 5, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SMOKEY I would have given this review higher grades if our non-smoking room didn't smell of smoke. The hotel is smoke free but I guess the housekeeping staff didn't notice the difference between the air in the room vs. the hall. I recognized it as soon as we entered but it was a very cold night and the room was cold as well so my husband thought the air was stale due to not circulating. It wasn't until we settled in that he agreed there was a smokey odor, which I have to note made me cough all night. We called the desk to let them know about it and he said he make a notation but when we checked out early the next morning the desk clerk had NO knowledge of our complaint. He said he would pass it on to the manager and housekeeping. Who knows if that happened. We just didn't want the next occupant to complain and we be thought of as the cause. February 23, 2015
