The heating / AC unit did not function at all. Zero air flow in the room. That is unacceptable.

I don't know why we keep booking this hotel for business because there is always something not right for our party. Rooms are below par for Holiday Inn Express….not clean, beds not properly made (missing sheets), argumentative management and unfriendly front desk staff (had to wait on smoke break to be helped by front desk girl). This is about the 8th year we have used this hotel for this business trip (we try to use Holiday Inn Express everywhere we go) but I hope this was the last.

Room right next to elevator so was noisy. Had to turn Air unit on to block out noise. Also, staff very talkative in hallway. Upon arrival, bag of dirty laundry in front of door. Not very inviting.

Very nice, relaxing stay. Very clean & well kept. Nice pool area, Nice big TV with HBO which my Mom really enjoyed. The breakfast has a nice variety & the gentleman than runs it is very nice. Nice stay

Greeted warmly upon arrival. Room was clean and inviting. Comfortable night. Breakfast was ready on time. My choices were limited by my Vegan dietary habits. Most People would be well satisfied. Warm farewell upon check-out. I will be back next ski season. Or whenever I have a reason to be in Great Barrington, MA.

Overall, a good option for the area. I was traveling on business and it was nice to have some great dining options close by. Some areas of the room needed attention, mainly the shower heads. Other areas, such as cold breakfast, were not what I have come to expect from HIE. I assume that this was just an anomaly.
