The clash of information between the person I made my reservations with and the front desk clerk didn't match and made me very irritated before I even got my room. The desk person seemed to not care at all about what I was saying and had a very smug so what attitude to her. When I said I would just cancel my reservation she smiled and said that's fine would you like to call and try to find somewhere else to go.. They fail to tell you the waterslide is closed at certain times and that was the reason I took my family there to begin with so we ended up waiting almost an hour before it opened. I encountered many employees in the day and not one of them said a word at anytime I would expect a hello at least. The bathroom was not the cleanest under the bathroom faucet was a white build up almost like dried toothpaste and the coffee pot is so old the lettering on it is pretty much worn off. check out is noon but room service was trying to get into the room at ten thirty which made us feel we needed to get going when we still wanted to enjoy the pool at little more. I will not be returning here and as a matter of fact I have already detoured three other families I know from going!!! August 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good facility but way overcrowded Very nice hotel however we had problems due to the overcrowded situation. Actually had someone sleeping on the couch near the ice machines and the breakfast area was outrageous. If it wouldn't have been for the crowded conditions, things would have been fine. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay! We just spend 5 nights at HIE in great falls. We had 2 adults and 3 children in a suite and it was very comfortable. We were able to cook with the microwave and the fridge kept our many drinks cold! We really appreciated the use of the microwave in the dining area and the hot coffee all day as fantastic! The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing i felt could improve was the bathroom cleanliness. The corners of the tub surround and floor were inpacted with "yuck" so i think its important to clean that up. August 11, 2014
