Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Big dogs Three BIG dogs behind the reception desk was enough to put me off! I was going to stay 4 nights, but only stayed one because of said dogs. while dogs are generally OK, they should not be kept in view by the employee owner. Most upsetting. Also so far, two weeks after my stay I have still not received the 300 "bonus" points for being a gold member. All of the other hotels get these bonus points into the account at the same time as the invoice. Not a good experience. May 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT STAFF The ladies who worked at the desk and the gentlemen who worked in the breakfast room were incredible. Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. My only recommendation would be to start breakfast earlier on Saturday morning. Many customers stay at this location because of the outdoor recreational opportunities in the area. They want to get an early start to their playing. There were a group of us waiting at 6:00 for breakfast. 7:00 is too late to start breakfast. But the food is worth the wait! May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rewards Club I have yet to see any value from the Rewards Club. I ask for some details and info. from the clerks at two of your hotels. One didn't have a clue and the other gave me a brochure and said that is all she knew. I found the brochure very lacking in information. I would rather see a program where after so many points I get a discount on the room rate. May 19, 2015

Priority Club membership and AARP discount didn't mean much of a savings ($7.00) and staff made no attempt explain why. May 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No more camping! Great break after canyon country camping. Rain moved in. Got my laundry done. Hot tub relaxing. Helpful staff w computer, debriefing of my hike. Good food. Safe parking, diligent maintenance staff painting, very impressive. Had room in back w/o a reservation apart from a bus load of folks from China, geology personnel. Good experience! May 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Road Trip Stop We were on a 3 week road trip and were passing through the Moab area (but not really wanting to stay in town, where everything was a little too commercialized and busy). This Holiday Inn fit the bill. Perfect access to the area, near a freeway, clean, quiet and good price. Although not a huge selection of eating establishments in Green River, they referred us to a great steakhouse which we would have never tried on our own. May 16, 2015
