Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great facility and staff Our stay in Green River is predicated on how many trips we make between Boise, ID, and Clovis, NM, to visit relatives. Usually we travel this route about 3/4 times a year and like staying here. The only disappointment we have found during the years we stay here is the steady increase in cost. We started out paying a very reasonable price with our HI membership and military/senior discount but this visit came to over twice what we originally started paying even with our discounts. As nice as the facility and staff are there I feel I can probably get a better value elsewhere. July 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and dog-friendly Very pleasant hotel to stay at in an area where there is nothing else anywhere near comparable. When we're driving, we always push the extra miles to make it to Green River if we can, because we know we'll find this dependably comfortable, friendly spot to stay. The dogs are always happy with the dog walk areas and the lawn. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Slept Wonderful!!!!! We had traveled approx. 7 hrs that day, and were looking for a hotel that allowed pets. Thank You so much that you did! We slept wonderfully and there was plenty of room on the floor for the large pet bed. Even the dog was not disturbed by outside noise during the night! Will only look for Holiday Inn Express on our travels from now on!!! July 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Older hotel but excellent staff Although this is an older hotel, I can overlook some of it's flaws based on the ability of the staff to meet my special needs when requested. At first, I was somewhat concerned when the lady at check-in seemed like we were a burden when we checked in. This was off-putting to say the least. However, there was a gentleman "Larry" I believe who went above and beyond to make up for the lack service we initially received. When I let him know that my throat was hurting and asked if he had some salt, he went above and beyond to make sure that I received hot water and plenty of salt to gargle with even though the hotel had already packed these items up. He truly changed my mind on this location to where I can now recommend it. July 13, 2014
