I liked that breakfast started at 5:30 AM, as I am an early riser. I also appreciated the late check-out time of 12:00 Noon, which I was easily able to extend to 12:30 PM. Friendly and helpful staff also!
I would have liked biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years to visit my mother. I know I can count on this hotel to be clean comfortable and the breakfast to be very good.

1. Pillows in the bed were very bad and we had a difficult time sleeping.
2. Lack of sufficient bath towels for two adults.
3. No spare roll of toilet tissue.

In my previous comments I mentioned the honesty and integrity of Maria in housekeeping, and the help I received from Kelsey, and others, at the front desk. Tracey in the breakfast room took great care of me while I was there in my wheel chair. My thanks to all the folks who helped make in stay at the Holiday Inn Express there in Green Valley.

I try to stay at HI Express when I travel.
This was the worst experience I have had at a Holiday Inn. When I arrived, the fridge was unplugged and smelt like dead fish. After working all day, I come back to see that no cleaning service was done for my room. When I called the front desk, they said it must have been over looked and made no offer for cleaning. I asked if they could check out the commode which was not working correctly. Nothing was done about it. I will continue to use IHG locations, but never will I return to the Green Valley location.

I am a platinum member, however I did not recieve my bill under my door on the last day. The clerk that assisted in check-out did not say ANYTHING - "how was your stay" - "good morning" - NOTHING!
I don't stay because of the breakfast, however it is nice to have the option. There was a pancake machine there, but four out of the four mornings I was there, it was not filled. It did not say it was "out of service" just did not get filled. My expectations (compared to other HIE) was not met.
The room was comfortable and clean.

when I checked in on Sunday Night. They told me that 1 of the hot water heaters went down. But there will be hot water on Monday night.
But we should have warm water.
There was no warm water.

Pillows were lumpy and too soft. Room was small for a Holiday Inn Express two-bed unit.
Front entrance has double doors that do not open automatically. It was difficult getting the luggage trolley in the door and to make an immediately 90 degree turn to a second set of doors.

This is an older hotel but is very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Everywhere you looked, someone was dusting or cleaning.

Very good hotel. clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillow was right size. staff was very nice. we were extremely satisfied to have pool & jacuzzi & breakfast would definitely stay here again.

I stopped about three weeks ahead of stay.was showed a suite and made reservations for suite.I was given paper for suite with price on it which I approved of .one week before stay my wife called and asked if we had room.They said yes.When I arrived they said have room ,I went to room,had one king size bed.I went back to desk ,she said no suites available,so I took room with two queen size,which worked OK but I was disappointed with the mix up.thank you Ken

I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The room was great and the staff were friendly and concerned for my comfort. About the only shortcoming I think of, was that they had a difficult time keeping the breakfast bar filled. There was a gem show somewhere nearby and they were fully booked. To be fair, the staff had no way of knowing how much each guest would eat or when each guest would decide to come down to breakfast. I've seen this before at other HIE properties and is a real nightmare when large groups of guests descend on the breakfast area all at once.

This seems to be an older hotel that has been remodeled. It is dated looking and no elevator but it was clean and friendly help at the desk. Price was a little high for what we got but not a lot to choose from in this area.

I am a truck driver and there is a place to park a truck here at Holiday Inn Express. The staff always make me feel welcome and do whatever they can to help me with a need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Man putting out breakfast was very sick and stayed and
put out the food. My husband was down there and had early
coffee and he was very sick. We felt bad but was not
going to get us sick. As we were leaving they had sent him home and had new staff but we weren't taking a chance.

The lights had gone out when we arrived last weekend, but the way the owner and staff took care of the residents was phenomenal. The owner was there in the morning while my family and I had breakfast and he chit-chatted with us and was very friendly. I would definitely come stay there again! The beds were comfortable as well as the bathrooms were very clean. The morning breakfast was my favorite, the dining room was very clean and the food was very fresh.

Super friendly staff. Wonderful bed. Continental breakfast was yummy and always stocked. Over all a great place to stay. My only complaint is the pet fee is a bit high and staying with a pet you get a smoking room. These rooms need to be deordrized. The cigarette smell hit you like a base ball bat the minute you opened the door and I'm a smoker. So if you travel with a pet and get one if these rooms, I recommend a can of frebreeze and/or scented candle.

I didn't like the very. Loud music outside the front door when we arrived. It was really obnoxious.
The shower head needs delimed. The water sprayed everywhere but on me.
The grout is dirty
The sink and mirror had toothpaste spit on the handles and bottom edge of the mirror.
The cinnamon rolls were like hockey pucks. Really awful!
Could stand an overall update.
I always choose Holiday Inn brand hotels. I was not impressed with this one.

I had a comfortable bed. However, I had a bad experience and it was because the bathroom in the public area had a clog problem good there was Kelsey who came to rescue. And I feel there was some sand on the carpet on our bed room, too. Overall I had a good night sleep. Thx!

Staff, ESPECIALLY KELSEY, was terrific.
Minor internet access problems.
Pancake machine did not produce edible pancakes, but the kids liked it.
In room coffee, cable TV, big bath towels, were nice amenities.
Kelsey was the best.

I ran my finger across the top edge of the shower stall; black with residue from many, many bathers. When I arrived there was VERY LOUD rock music playing on a speaker just outside the front entrance door. Not a nice way to walk in the front door. I can't remember ever walking into a motel with music playing outside the entrance, or even inside at the front desk. Otherwise, a real good stay and a nice experience. We will be back. Please can the front door music.

We went to Green Valley fo the first time to visit friends. One day turned into two and then to five. We love to stay at H I Express in the first place, this one was so nice and ALL of the employees were very helpful.
The only thing I was not too pleased with was there was 2 smoking rooms at the end of the hall, the smell of smoke was in the hall.
I think EVERY hotel should allocate one floor for smoking customers.

Ana's attention to service and detail made my trip there worthwhile! She knows so much about the hotel, and the area. If I owned the place, Ana is the one I want minding the store. Her passion, dedication, and work ethic make her an invaluable part of the hotel's success.

once we found the access road to the hotel (it was difficult to locate and we drove right past having to make a u-turn and go back) checking in was a breeze. the desk staff was very friendly and as we were exhausted she got us into our room quickly. 5 stars for your staff!
