Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by What happened I stay in HIExpress hotels often and stayed in this one less than a week ago just 2 doors down and had the normal pillowtop bed which is one of the main reasons I stay in HIE hotels. However, after my son was fast asleep on the couch I find that I have a rock hard bed that is destroying my ability to sleep!!!!!!!! I am so angry that I will not be able to rest as I am recovering from a recent bout of cancer and really can't afford to miss. You have failed me. The least you could have done when I checked in was to warn me that I was not going to get the signature bed so I could have told you that a hard substitute would not do for me. I dread the all day trip tomorrow on little or no sleep! March 10, 2013
