Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Superior staff The staff is welcoming. The breakfast staff was impressive, offering coffee refills and hot cinnamon rolls when they were refilled. We stayed using points but were not offered an upgrade room, which I usually experience. We were offered water and snacks as Priority Club members. Our king room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. It was apparent it was a remodel as the king bed was on a wall with a queen headboard. Very little space to get out of bed on the wall side, and no table/light on that side of the bed. February 17, 2013

Convenient location. We only stayed one night for an appointment we had to go to early morning in GBO, and if we ever have to go back we will definately stay here. February 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water keep check on hot water. after a full day at Carwinds 110 degree weather all we wanted to do is get in a nice warm shower and my girls in a bath. But had to freeze them cause there was no hot water after running it for 20min and calling down to the desk there was nothing that they could do being that it was midniteso we had no choice. We also called about it in the Am and we had it before we checked out. Update all T.V.'s on club floor out T.V. was older and made a High pitch sound while it was on. Thanks January 17, 2013

The only issue I had was with the pet policy, it isn't stated clearly on their website that there is a non-refundable pet deposit (and I thought it was quite costly compared to the room). Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel/Outstanding Breakfast Hostess This was an average stay for this type of hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and there was light coming in and around the window all night long, making it hard to sleep. The room size was average and the bathroom was very small. The difference however, with this hotel was due to the excellent breakfast service by the hostess. She was smiling, helpful and attentive. The dining area was spotless. Holiday Inn Express should take note and reward this person. She is an outstanding individual and they are lucky to have her. I wish I had taken her name and apologize for the over site. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent went to greensboro for my freinds wedding, could not stay where they had guests to stay because it was too crowded , so i decided to use my rewards points and stay at the holiday in. and im gald idid. the lady at the front desk was very very very pleasant. she acknowledged my platinum status and answered all my questions, she seemed happy to be working there wich tells you that manegment are doing a great job. clean room, quiet , very happy about my experience.
