The hotel was great, had a great location, breakfast was very good. When we travel we love to stay at Holiday Inn Express because we are never disappointed and always have a good stay.

When I was travelling for work this motel was really "fresh". It has aged a bit though not terrible. The location was handy for our purposes. When we arrived my reservation had not processed. When I made the reservation online the site acted funny, My other reservations had processed. Initially the front desk clerk did not offer to assist. He pointed me towards the two lobby computers. I could not make my reservation again on either because they both had out of date browsers. When I returned to the front desk and told the gentlemen I asked him to log in as me and make the reservation for me. He did and we checked in. The lady behind the desk seemed helpful but he was the one taking care of us.

I stayed here on Dec 27th and 28th. The room was standard and was clean. The internet was very unreliable, so I called the front desk and was told he would take care of this issue. After an Hour I called back and was told he was having issues as well and he would have to call soomeone to help and would call me back when the service was back up, never recieved the call. So,First night no internet so n work could get done. SO I went to bed, was woke up at 5AM by hotel staff in the hall was yelling and laughing. I alsowoke up with back pain from the lumpy bed. I actually pulled the sheets back to make sure there was a mattress and not just the box springs. After getting dressed and breakfast, which was ok, I went to the front desk to talk to customer sewrvice, no one there. Waited for 5 minutes or so, no one came. So I left the key on the front desk and went on to work, with no intention of coming back. I called teh hotel a few hour later and told the front desk about my experience and was gvien the normal line of "we will make it right" and will make sure I would get my points refunded to me. I waited for 1 month with nothing be refunded back to my account, so I called and talked to the General manager. After some invetigating on her part she told me her staff couldnt remember any issues for that night and there were no internet issues logged. She did refund half my points. At this point I'm kinda agry at the insinuation that I am lying about the situation. SO, As for me, I do not have to stay at any IHG hotes. No issues here.
