I checked out a day early because of it and was charged for the extra night anyway. People were slamming doors and running down the hall all night.l It was the worst motel night ever and I have stayed in a lot. April 29, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Key entry to room I stayed two nights and had to have my key card changed 5 times. Upon leaving the housekeeping service told me that they always have trouble with the lock on my room's door. I would think that the management would have had this corrected if others have complained in the past. Make sure you check your cards before carrying your luggage to the door and cannot enter. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room The carpet was dirty. I had white socks on and after walking around on the carpet and in the bathroom, the socks becamed dirty and brown. The bathroom toilet ran and didn't flush properly. The spigot for the tub was broken and an attempt to chalk was apparent but didn't work. I arrived around 11 pm after traveling from NY since 1 in the afternoon. I was exhausted and learned that I had forgotten my toothpaste. When I called to have a complimentary one delivered, as promised in a sign in the room, I was told that there was no employee to deliver it to my room. I was exhausted and had already changed in my pjs. So that was quite disappointing. January 22, 2013
