Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortabale The only thing that was a bit distracting was that the mini refrigerator had a dull "hum". This was not enough to complain about, so I didn't say anything. Also, when I called for a reservation, I did ask for a ground floor. Upon arrival were put on the third floor; but once again, that was really okay with me. I must say that the staff was very nice, especially the young lady at the front desk and the ladies who worked the breakfast bar. January 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by An ok place to stay We stayed here one night while visiting relatives. The hotel was clean and modern, no complaints there. The check-in was quick, but the lady at the counter needed to speak up. I came away not knowing where my room was or what time breakfast was served, I couldn't hear her. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet. There were eggs, sausage, muffins, pancakes, yogurt, toast, bagels, etc. The staff kept the area well stocked and clean. The dining area was pretty small compared to other hotels, but they were not busy when we were there so it wasn't a problem. The rooms were small, but clean and the pillows were wonderful, so much so that I meant to ask what kind they used before I left. The mattresses were so-so, nothing to scream about. My only real complaint was that there was a lot of noise during the night. I find this is pretty standard, that people come and go all night with no regard to keeping the noise down; however, the doors in this hotel seemed to slam shut and were very loud when they did. I woke up several times from hearing the door to another room shut. We will probably stay again considering it is the closest hotel to our relative's house, but we will pray that the doors get modified or the walls get more insulation before then. January 7, 2015

We always choose HIExpress and get the same level of excellence every time. My kids can be negative but when we told them where we were stopping for the night, they said, "Good. They are always nice." Coming from teenage boys, that is a real compliment. January 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay The staff was friendly, the food in the food court was hot, varied, and quite good. A nice treat for a northerner were the biscuits and gravy along with favorites of scrambled eggs and sticky buns. The rapid checkout is efficient and easy to use since there's nothing to do except close the door and leave. The only criticism I would have would be more signs to direct the weary traveler to the hotel which is not located on the main highway but a spur road. January 4, 2015
