Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by attitude I arrived at the hotel at 3:28 PM (check in is at 3 PM). When I arrived the front desk staff walk in ahead of me, she had just parked her car in the entry way. I told this person I was checking in and she promptly told me she didn't know if the rooms were ready as the maid staff had not let her know yet. She told me to check back in 15 to 20 min. I sat in my car waiting for the time to pass, when I noticed this person leaving (it had been 15 min). I went back in and Gina was able to give me a room immediately. Gina helped me with a few other thing that evening as well. May 17, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn Express I've Ever Stayed In! My bed had a pair of dirty socks in it. When moved to a new room the beds had hair in them. It is obvious the staff does not change the linens. I had to call the front desk and ask for clean sheets to be brought so I could put them on and make sure they were clean. Upon complaining we were promised that we would be given points to help offset the negative experience. We still have not seen the points that were promised. I will never stay here again! Comfortable bed, great service, friendly and accomodating Staff very clean facility, close to most attraction in thatv area, close to main highways overall this is one of the better facilities and staff. One issue, breakfast could have been better for my taste, but others in my group were pleased. April 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The temperature was cool but the stay was great. The Staff was great at this Holiday Inn. Everything was kept clean and enjoyed staying there. I would recommend this site to all. The Breakfest area is kept well stocked and the people that work it are absolutly Morning People there to assist you if needed. March 12, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lacking hot water As usual, hoteel was comfortable and up to standard on most items. 2nd time dissappointed this year. Needed jacuzzi, got one for 2 day weekend stay in Dyersburg, Tn and when full, sheen from o ring seal lube gave water oily appearance. This time at Greenwood, reserved suite through rewards again and told new water heaters installed, water in shower lukewarm at best. Check of other suites by night mgr produced same results so I declined offer to move March 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice accomodations in Greenville, MS We stayed at this location because we were in a race the next day. Upon checkin I asked for a late checkout and was told for an additional $25 we didn't have to check out till 2:00 pm the next day. That was awesome for all of us - being able to take a shower and clean up before hopping in a car to drive 4 hours back home made all the difference in the world! They also set breakfast out an hour early to accomodate the runners. My only complaint was the strength of the shower. It is lacking pressure - but, having said that - we still appreciated the opportunity to take a shower after a long race! I would stay there again! February 14, 2013
