Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Stayed longer (7 days) than anticipated because of Staff and Facilities We were not sure what to expect since we are BW Diamond members. No BW in Greenville. We were going to trying this hotel for 2 days and if we didn't like it move to Cleveland, MS - but the facilities were clean, quite and the staff were excellent (Sonia the mgr and others) so we extended our stay. Our daughter works in the area and we will be returing to visit and will use this hotel again. July 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by brown water after we checked in and paid they told us the water was brown and handed us two bottles of water. We went to room couldn't shower cause not only was water brown stuff was floating in it. We had our granddaughters and they wanted to swim but couldn't cause water in pool was so dirty. If I would have been told of this I would have never stayed there. We had been on the road for 8 hours was very tried. A shower would had been nice. July 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking in maintenance, but overall good stay I expect things to be in working order when I stay in a Holiday Inn Express and at this location the phone handle was broken, the phone didn't work, and the shower curtain wouldn't stay hung up. All were fixed as soon as I called to have them come up to fix it, but I feel that I shouldn't have had to call to get things like this fixed. I feel that these things were known about the maintenance personnel or cleaning personnel just didn't want to take the extra steps to do this in the room. Overall a good stay otherwise, just expected a little more I guess. July 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Caring people Nice clean hotel. Staff very friendly and take pride in their work. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Employee working the breakfast bar was eager to help anyone. When we checked out, we told the front desk that we found food in the fridge that someone left, just so they could remove it. She kept apologizing and wanted to know what she could to make it up to us. We told her we were just letting them know so they could remove it, we were not complaining. She was going to ge the head of housekeeping to talk to us but she was on the phone. Well about 10 minutes after we left the head of housekeeping called me and apologized and stressed that they do not take that lightly. She puts her staff from a lot of training. I told her I appreciated her taking the time I call us. It was one of the friendliest Holiday Inn we have been to. July 11, 2015

They treated my 88 year old mother as if she was their mother. I can put up with a lot if the service is good but the cleanliness and comfort was good as well. July 6, 2015
