Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous Love love love this hotel. The young lady at front desk was outstanding, happy, cheerful and very helpful. She took extra time and effort to interact with my young grandson and make sure he got a cookie!! I wish I had thought to get her name because she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. We always stop on our way to the beach, love to get supplies at nearby Walmart and swim in the wonderful pool in the evening. July 17, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Par This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed in this hotel on our way to the beach for family vacation. The two years prior were great. This year, not so much. I'm not sure if there was a major leak in the hotel but our room was surrounded by huge fans that appeared to be trying to dry the carpet. The cords were all over the halls taped down with Duck tape, which was peeling up and sticking to everything, except the carpet. When we tried to go to bed the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants. They were running and jumping off the beds from the sound of it. We listened to this for about an hour and then called the front desk. The front desk stated that would call them and tell them to stop. That just made the situation worse. The people then tried to be as noisy as they could. Again we waited to see if it would stop, after another half hour I went downstairs and complained again. The girl working the desk said all she could do was call them again, she had no where to move us, there is no security on staff to handle matters like this. She did give me a slight room discount to make up for the inconvenience, but when you can't get any sleep a slight discount isn't really worth much. We probably will not stay at this hotel again. I don't blame the girl behind the desk. I do feel however they should have a way of dealing with issues like this. July 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Relaxing Hotel We enjoyed our stay on our way to vacation. We stayed over during a trip to the Gulf Coast and we were able to rest up and really helped us have a relaxing first day at the beach. Breakfast was nice with great seating for the entire family and good options for all to eat. I would stay here again July 1, 2014
