Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad experience this trip I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express when I visit Greenville which averages about once a month since October 2013. This trip was the first bad experience that I had. Sunday, 2/8 the phone didn't work in the room. I had to go to the lobby to request a wake up call. Tuesday morning I went down for breakfast and when I returned to my room, my room key didn't work, so I had to go back down and get the keys reactivated. That evening when I returned, my sneakers were missing. Somehow they ended up in lost and found. I find that strange since I had other personal items that were still in the room untouched. The next day, the bath mat and towels were not replaced. On the bright side, the staff members in the reception area were very apologetic and were very pleasant. February 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall wonderful hotel experience. Extremely comfortable bed - wish I could have taken it home. Beautiful, quiet, well maintained room. Bath was spacious and clean, towels were luxurious, but not enough toiletries or in-room coffee to meet the needs of 2 people. The staff was wonderful. Our stay was short, so did not use the amenities to rate them. Loved and appreciated the fact that we were greeted with the opportunity to have fresh iced tea, cookies and fruit available in the lobby - even with a 9pm check-in. That helped a lot and was a real nice, unexpected touch of class. Overall, I would recommend this location, and if ever need to stay again, I would do so. February 2, 2015
