Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very pleasant surprise 2.5 star hotel with 5 star service and amenities! This hotel was booked for me by my employer. I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in years, and now I wonder if they're all this great! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and check-in took about 2 minutes. Every staff member I came across -housekeeping, breakfast attendant, shuttle service driver (Sandra)- greeted me and inquired about my needs. Customer service is a lost art and goes a long way in my book. My room was clean and comfortable (great bed linens and pillows) and the common areas were inviting. The pool and pool area was awesome. I like hotels with pools but have come across many that I didn't end up wanting to swim in. Finally, breakfast was a REAL meal. Hot, fresh, and delicious -ended up canceling lunch plans. A typical hotel on the outside but a real gem inside! June 15, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superior This Holiday Inn Express is with out a doubt the best we have ever stayed in. The entire staff is so accommodating to your every needs. The staff is very welcoming, always has a smile for you, and cannot do enough for you. If you should have a problem with your room, they will immediately take care of the problem. If they are unable to do this, they will place you in another room to your liking. This Holiday Inn Express is very clean and has lots of beautiful surroundings. We did not eat breakfast while there but I am sure it would be very good since this hotel is so efficient. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there every time we are in the Greenville, NC area. Thanks to the entire staff. May 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Now a regular guest I started staying at this Holiday Inn Express around a month ago. Although most Holiday Inn Expresses are a good value for your money, this particular site goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Friendly staff and little extras like popping popcorn for the guest is a nice touch. They also call you after you have been in your room to a few minutes, just to make sure everything is OK. I would like to THANK the entire staff and managers for making my stays pleasant; this is now (due to business needs) my home away from home and you all make it easier to be away from home (Winston-Salem).
