Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Stay My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. All of us found the beds uncomfortable and I had a bed spring bounce up on my knee when getting into bed. The morning of check-out, I reviewed my bill. I was charged a higher rate for my second night stay. My reservation was booked about 6 weeks in advance at the same rate for all 3 nights. The front desk employee pulled out what I signed and initialed and he stated that I agreed to that rate. I reminded him that I had a reservation for the same rate for all 3 nights. He called his manager. The manager wanted to speak with me. She wanted me to forward the email with our reservation. I did not have it with me at that time. She stated that the Friday night rate is higher and that is why I was charged a higher rate. After a few minutes of conversation, she agreed to credit my account. About 10 minutes later, I went back to the front desk and showed him my reservation. I explained that I was frustrated that I had to prove the rate to him. He "smirked" at me. He denied that he did this. I feel that the employee and manager handled this unprofessionally. They should not have handled this situation amongst themselves and the manager should have not spoken to me directly. This hotel is not worth the value that I paid per night. March 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Doctor Care Required I don't usually have an issue with this location, but this time was different. When I went to my room the door was propped open and all the lights were on. I immediately returned to the front desk for a new room. The new room was old and worn down. paint chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom, stains on all the walls, very poor lighting and incredibly noisy. Then there was the bed...worst sleep of my life! The bed was so worn and old it caused me physical harm. I required doctor care after my week at this hotel. I am still not back to 100% after being home 5 days. I am NOT happy with this stay and this is not my idea of a productive business trip. Considering I travel 2-3 times a month and don't usually have issues, I would say I have some good comparison. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hard bed no Curtains The bed was too hard to comfortably sleep the night. The heavy curtains did not close to block out the night light. There were some sheer light curtains that did not block out light or even sight. I was able to look right into a room when I was walking in from my car. Other than those 2 drawbacks the hotel was very nice, but those were 2 major mistakes. March 2, 2015
