We've stayed at this hotel before, so we knew what to expect. The front desk and breakfast staff are outstanding! They will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. The food selections in the morning are great and the duration of the breakfast hours of service are late enough so you don't have to get up really early in the morning to get breakfast. The business office is adequately organized and adequately supplied. Overall the staff does an excellent job when it comes to customer service.

This establishment is much better than other area hotels that I have stayed in, and is close to many places to eat and shop.

I have stayed here many times over the last 2 years and the experience is the same ....Great ! I have the opportunity to stay at other hotels in the Greenville area however I enjoy the Hoilday Inn Express on Woodruff becasue of its staff and location.
One cannot go wrong staying here

We really liked the staff. They were friendly and you could tell they took pride in their work. The breakfasts were delicious and well stocked. The only issue I had was that our room was next to the elevators and it made some noise.

I had a great stay! Everything was clean and staff were very inviting and welcoming. I also felt very safe.
The only thing that could have changed would be the smoking area for the staff. The GM was smoking and other workers on the front lawn side to the hotel. There should be a back area for them to have there smoke breaks. It just gives a very nice stay a turn down for some people.
This is not a compliant about the staff. It's for the franchisee to designate a proper outside break area for their staff.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient at their job when we arrived. The employees that took care of the breakfast area were amazing: attentive, personable and very good at making everyone feel at home and start the day off with a great breakfast!! Our only issue was the room being too hot: we turned the thermostat down as soon as we arrived, we left for dinner and coffee later, at bedtime it was still really hot so we just turned the unit off completely since everyone was ready for bed. It made for a very chilly start to our morning the next day, but we managed.

Hotel was clean, bright, and inviting. Staff was excellent and always in a good mood. Room was clean and breakfast was well done.
