We were very comfortable and they have a pull out sofa in the two queen room, which was very nice because there was a place for everyone to sleep. December 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average Holiday Inn Express This location is a typical run of the mill aging holiday inn express. The staff do keep it clean but the impression of the rooms is a little run down compared to newer facilities. Typically the breakfast area is cleaner then this visit but not to the point of a complaint. This hotel is staffed well and the staff is very knowledgeable. If the hotel was not in slight dis-repair it would be at the top of my list for locations to stay at. December 1, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but horrible ac Rooms are clean and comfortable. Desk clerk efficient. However, after eating in downtown Greenville, and having to get up real early for a flight, our sleep was anything but restful because of a very noisy air conditioner that turned on and off every 20 minutes and woke us each time. If that might bother you, make sure you check the operation when you get to the room. We didn't complain because we were leaving so early and didn't want to spend time moving to another room. We thought we could deal with it but in retrospect, we should have complained. November 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely Poor Service I booked a rate that included "Extra" points and the hotel decided on their own accord to book me at a non-points rate. I called 3 times and spoke with Grace. She claimed everything would be taken care of. After not seeing any progress for almost a month, I had to call Grace and conference in IHG. Grace claimed to be the GM, which she was not. When IHG and I finally demanded to speak with the GM, she got on the phone and was forced to put the points in my account that I booked. Unbelievably poor service and all with an attitude. Won't be staying here again! November 25, 2014
