They were working on retarring the parking lot just before we checked in and the odor of the tar s bit overwhelming but that should pass quickly. The breakfast was wonderful as usual. snf the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.. September 11, 2015

My only complaints are, I feel it was over priced for what you get, and one of the two queen beds in the room was broken down enough that there was a dent and was uncomfortable. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Made bed, dirty room House keeping made the bed, did not clean the room, trash (empty and partial 2 liter bottles, flight info and tickets, paring knife and razor and used bar soap in the bathroom) from previous guest; so, were the linens changed??? Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast We were disappointed that the breakfast hours were 6:30 - 9:30 on Sunday mornings. We were not aware of the hours until we arrived in the dining area at 9:45. Needless to say we left hungry and disappointed. Could the dining hours be listed for all of the properties? We would have stayed at a property that offered later hours had we known. We have been to several Holiday Inn and other hotels and have never seen breakfast hours on the weekend that ended before 10. September 7, 2015

Comparatively, I stayed at a Cleveland Hotel the previous night, which was terrible--uncomfortable, dated, and could hear everything. September 1, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Greenville! Management failed to address the noise on our floor after several request. I request that they call the local police for disturbing the peace if they can’t address it themselves and they elected not to do so. Consequently my family was not able to sleep that night. When asked to discuss this with the manger the next morning he/she was not available so I requested that they call my cell and they never returned my call. I would like a refund for one of my two night stays. At a minimum the hotel should have a responsibility to provide a quiet place to sleep for their guest. I had several family members staying in this hotel for a family reunion and I will not make that mistake again August 26, 2015
