It was a small insignificant item but with personal meaning to me. When I asked about it upon checking in the second week the manager and staff went to great lengths to find it. When I returned to my room later that day it was there with a note from the manager. What great service! The staff is friendly and the accommodations very comfortable. November 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by points or water Greenville, OH: I had to ask if I was receiving points for this 2-night stay. Then I was told I could have points or a bottle of water. This was new to me. Have I always had a choice? If someone hands me a bottle of water does this mean I don't get points? I would never choose water over points. This does not seem like a fair policy. We visit Greenville OH every year and will stay somewhere else next time because THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS we have ever visited. September 29, 2014
