Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room & service I stayed in a suite which is very comfortable & spacious. The evening reception is also a very nice perk! Overall, very nice stay. One suggestion: For those of us who still smoke, it would be nice to have a covered shelter outside. I realize we are in the minority, but I've seen enough of huddled in the cold, against the wind to see that there is a need for it. Other hotels in the area have covered semi-enclosed areas (Courtyard). February 24, 2015

The thing I hate most about modern hotels are the bed coverings that are too heavy to be used in a room that is not very, very cold and are impossible to separate into individual blankets. Most hotels have that set-up lately, but this one did not and that greatly improved our sleep. February 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Plumbing checked in on a Tuesday flushed toilet and water stayed running. Had to shut it off below. Checked out Wed am to go to another state. Checked back in Thursday, flushed toilet and it nearly overflowed due to clog. Did I get the only 2 rooms in the hotel that have toilet issues? February 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service! The staff is what makes this hotel so great. They were very accommodating as we had checked out and back in 3 days in a row due to a hospitalized relative. They provided us with the same room each day that had a small refrigerator and microwave. All of the staff including the maids were friendly and always checking to see if there was anything we needed as we were out in the common areas. The breakfast was typical for free hotel breakfast but did have plenty of choices (fresh fruit, bagels, yogurts, etc.)and always hot fresh coffee. Complimentary beverage was nice after long days at the hospital. The rooms are nice and spacious with a nice setup for charging multiple electronic devices without having to rearrange furniture or unplug lights. While the bed slept ok, the pillows were not very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff will exceed your expectations. February 9, 2015
