I wish I could remember the name of the Front Desk Representative who greeted me. After a long and grueling four-hour drive to the hotel, his warm welcome and positive attitude was so appreciated. He commented on how tired I look and promptly handed me a cold bottle of water and back of snacks. He acknolwedged me as being a PriorityClubRewards member and provided me with my accumulated points. In a matter of minutes he checked me and answered every question that I had without me having to ask (breakfast start time, wi-fi access code, etc.). Can't wait to return.

Holiday Inn Express in greenwood ms is one of the best hotels i stayed, where everybody was so friendly and outgoing. I really enjoyed my stay. Also their was a young guy there by the name of Ken, that guy is going places, when I say he is a great person and greets everyone he does just that. Whatever I needed, it was like he was a step ahead of me. I needed direction he gave me a print of it, that was awesome. I had a great time!!!!! 20 stars in my book!!!

Whenever passing through the area on business travel, I often stay here and I'm never disappointed. It was a great hotel experience - pleasant, helpful staff, snacks in the lobby & clean, comfortable room - good all-around stay.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Exrpess for a few days, and Let me tell you I LOVED IT!
My huge king sized bed was wonderful, and extremely comfortable (I wanted to take it home with me... LOL).
My room was clean, everything in place.
Saturday breakfast was excellent and there was a variety of hot and cold foods to choose from.
The staff was courteous and helpful, and even recommended nice places to dine.
I would definetly recommend this hotel to everyone who visits the lovely city of Greenwood.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

My recent stay at this hotel was horrible. The room was simply put "NASTY". The bed was made up perfect, but when I pulled back the covers I found evidence of body fluids, hair and crumbs. I called the person at the desk and he came in and saw it for himself, I even took pictures. The most disappointing fact is that management never contact me and appoligized. Never offered me anything to compensate me for that situation. They were aware of the situation I was even asked to forward the pictures to the manager the next morning and nothing has been said to me and I come here every week because my job has a contract with this hotel. Needless to say I bring my own linen. I'm very disappointed in the way it was handled and very careful about any room here.

Rooms aren't always clean and sometimes lacks simple things like soap and bath mats. Denise and Shannon are the evening desk staff and they are very friendly and helpful. But the worst is the internet connection and the selection of the breakfast bar.

The hotel laundry room was right at the elevator, they never closed the door so every time you go to the elevator there are plies of durty laundy, wet floor and noisy machines running right there. Just close the door...
On Ground I floor waited and waited for elevators but they both stayed on 5th floor and could hear loud voices. Finally one came to second floor but then stayed there. Eventually the other came to 1st floor. Floor was wet and smelled of vomit. When I got to 2nd floor I discovered a drunk kid passed out half in/out of elevator with the door trying to close on him and buzzer going off. I could not wake him up. I called desk and reported same. Next day she told me some other young men(there with AT&T crews) were in lobby and they claimed him. They took over getting him to room. Hey we were all young once, but had my wife been there instead of me, we would be having a different discussion. It was not Holiday Inn or the Gal at the desk fault(she did what she could), but still not a good situation.
