Overall it was a good stay as I was sick. I got plenty of rest. The breakfast was cold, so that was disappointing!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RobnTeegsMom Clean and great breakfast!
Our room was spotlessly clean. The mattresses were firm and the pillows had both firm and soft choices - clearly labeled.
The breakfast was excellent. Hot and cold options - eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, grits, cereals, fresh fruit, and more I can't even remember. Something for everyone.
Everyone was friendly and accomodating. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm traveling through Greenwood. Great experience.

What a fantastic staff (Olivia was a doll) !
The room was nice and spacious and the hotel was nicely off of the main road for a quiet, good nights sleep.

The last five years I've used a separate chain got hotel stays. Before that I was a loyal Priority Club member when I travelled often for business. My husband and I decided to switch up to Holiday Inn again. Loved the beds and sleep experience, but the breakfast was just not edible. The omelette had an unrecognizable filling. The bacon had no taste and was like rubber. The sausage was tasteless. There was no fruit at all. Given the pricepoint of the rooms, a decent breakfast (doesn't even have to be spectacular...just decent) is a must. I figure most of the hot foods are frozen and microwaved, and even if that's the case, I have seen much better. This was our second night at a Holiday Inn, and the breakfast was equally horrible the day before.
