Also the young lady Shelia on the night shift has been a heaven sent in the middle of the night when the heater stops working, she walks in and gets everything going again. February 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by If your not a smoker, don't settle for that room I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Greenwood. It is one of the best choices for what is available. However, this visit conflicted with some type of basketball event. We were in 2 smoking rooms and they both were awful. The smell was in our clothes and luggage. I ended up with a sore throat because I was not use to the strong smell. The bathroom linen was embedded with that odor. So gross... other than that, I love the hotel and will stay there every time I visit Greenwood. February 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Long Term Stay My wife and I needed a safe, comfortable, and friendly place to stay for six months while I was on assignment in Greenwood, Ms. We stayed in a business suite (separate sitting area from the bed), with couch, chair, fridge and microwave. The desk staff and manager could not have treated us any better. One clerk even went out of her way and baked me a fantastic birthday cake! That represents the service and hospitality that we experienced during our stay. Although there are alternatives for lodging, I would certainly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express when in Greenwood, Ms. Regards, Dan October 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bugs YIKES but good service The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The 1st room had a small lizard, the 2nd room had a roach in the bed. Now we were on the 1st floor but in the bed absolutely not. The breakfast my family said was very good but I just couldn't eat after sleeping sitting up in a chair due to the bug. gave bug to front desk. No refund, no credit just an apology.
