holiday inn express was a great family place to stay, a little set back off the road ,not that hard to find , i would stay there again and tell all my friends to stay , good price, clean ,staff was great ,pool was clean what more can you ask for after driving all day ,

We stayed in room 206 and one of the beds made a very loud creaking noise every time you moved on the bed. The other bed creaked a little but was not as noticeable. Other than that problem, the stay was very good. Wonderful breakfast area. Indoor pool was nice.

This hotel and it's staff are top notch! I had a great stay at this hotel while traveling on business to near-by Greenville, SC. If I had to return to the Greenville area again, I would seek out another great night at this hotel!!

Great location- provides airport shuttle, but limited hours, does not run before 7:00am.Shutte was 45 minutes late picking me up from the airport. Smoking is allowed in some designated rooms but you can still smell it in the hotel.

The staff were great. I had a nice discussion with the young lady at the front desk. The facilities were in decent condition. The room was ok. The bed was ok, nothing great. The pillows were fair, a litte on the lumpy side. The only really down side to the hotel is the noise. It is closer to the freeway than I thought and the exterior road noise was a bit much when trying to fall asleep. The walls also seem to allow a lot of noise through from the adjoining rooms.

Needed to stay near the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport before a flight out the next day. Check-In was very smooth and fast, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast opened up just in time for us to grab a bite so we wouldn't have to buy breakfast at the airport. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport. We have always had great stays at HI Express.
