Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable bed and plenty of room Entire family 5 small dog stayed and had plenty of space. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast service but choices were a bit limited. Internet worked well. Plenty of grassy areas to walk the dog, so that was very helpful. Our first night, we had some noise from above. The refrigerator worked fine but cycled loudly at times. We wish that the pet charge was one time rather than nightly. Our dog is little and really didn't require extra cleaning during the stay. I assume that they do more thorough cleaning at checkout to justify the charge, because they didn't do extra cleaning during the stay. Other than that we had a good stay. March 28, 2015

This was the best sleep I had in a week and the room are clean and comfy. So close to the airport as well, to take the stress out of traveling. March 17, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Motel Quality at Hotel Prices When I first arrived at the Holiday Inn Express Greenville Airport the entire property was dark outside since the lights were all out. Once I checked in, I found my room to be significantly below the quality level I have come to expect from IHG. The sheets were stained, the bathroom floor was slimy, the tub did not drain well, and the towels were worn out. The front desk clerk did not have a nametag on during check in or check out. While attempting to check out, I waited for at least 5 minutes while the clerk attempted to take a reservation over the telephone. She then had me wait another minute before she curtly processed my check out. When I asked for the contact information of the hotel manager, she declined saying to call the front desk number. This stay was extremely unsatisfying for me as I specifically booked with Holiday Inn Express and paid $25 more to stay at an IHG hotel versus any one of the numerous competitors nearby.
