We have been coming to this property for nearly ten years. Unfortunately, over time, the public areas - namely carpets - are very much in need of replacement. Overall refurbishment of the public areas is very much needed.
We did not find an ABC TV station listed on the card in the room, but did find it on channel 4 by scanning through the available channels. Management should reprint the room cards accordingly.

I usually stay at this location once a month and majority of the time it is a great property to stay at. This past visit (11/11-11/14) wasn't my best time there. Internet connection is spotting and half the time it didn't work. Had to call the help line which didn't do much but did get me connected. The hotel is doing some renovating the 2nd floor but didn't affect me much but On the last night I was there, it sounded like someone was above me pounding and jumping around. I went to ask the front desk if anyone was above me but they didn't do anything about, just got back on their personal cell phone and said no there isn't anyone up there. Had a rough night that night, trying to get some sleep.

The staff at the motel was very pleasant and helpful. There were no problem with the building or amenities but I was very disappointed to see my 5 nights lodging did not count as a 'qualifying stay' because the rate I paid. #I've heard there is a new 'formula' to determine if a night is qualifying or not#.
I recently started staying at Holiday Inn brands from another because of booking problems and not being able to accumulate 'points'. #I am on the road approximately 100 nights per year#. From the experience on this trip with non qualifying nights it looks like I will have to change to yet another brand.

Highly recommend. Fantastic staff and hotel.
Thank you for everything. Even though the hotel had some issues due to a water leak they made us comfortable and made every arrangement to see we were taken care of.
Nancy in the breakfast area is a fantastic host. Thank you again...

We actually had to stay here twice within a two week period. The hotel had suffered a water leak that messed up a lot of the hotel. We came for a wedding and ended up having to come back for a funeral. It was an awful time for us but, the hotel and it's staff still held a high quality of excellent service. They could not have been kinder or been so helpful. Especially Nancy who works in the breakfast area. She was very attentive to me and my family. She went above and beyond to see we were cared for. She is a truly great asset to this hotel and she should be recognized for her kindness and strong work ethic. Also Anna at the front desk was wonderful and was able to help us. We are truly appreciative of these wonderful employees. All the staff was equally as kind and helpful even though there routines were being interrupted by the problems they had due to a water leak that wrecked havoc on them. I would highly recommend this hotel. They are one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of being at. We are very appreciative of there family and they made us feel like family as well. Even though our time there was under difficult circumstances there kindness and sensitivity will not be forgotten. Kudos to this hotel and the wonderful staff. Please stay here you will be thankful.
