Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bathrooms below Everything at the hotel was about average. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. It looked like it was thrown together in an afternoon and needed some desperate attention. Carpet in common areas and the room itself had all sorts of stains on it. January 18, 2015

The room was an upgrade and very comfortable and quiet. The morning breakfast had hot eggs, sausage and bacon and of course was complimentary. January 8, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Paying more for a substandard room I've stayed at this property 4 times this year. The Staff is always pleasant, and the Housekeeping Dept. does an excellent job. I have had two children and my golden retriever with me at each stay. The first 3 stays were very comfortable and pleasant. My most recent stay was a major deviation from my previous stays. I was told I needed to be changed to a 'pet room' upon check in(I always make my reservation w/ my dog noted). This is the first time I had a unpleasant room. It had torn carpet by the door, scratched furniture, chewed desk chair, the mattress that I slept in was nowhere near the quality of the previous stays, and the bathroom ceiling had major water damage. It was a disappointment in comparison to my 3 prior stays. I paid rack rate..no discount plus an additional fee for having a pet which I am happy to do as long as I receive a room that is 'standard'. As a 'pet owner' I am very appreciative of accepting hotels that provide an excellent product...not hotels that penalize you for having a pet. If my dog damaged property, just as if I or my children damaged property, I'd expect to pay to have the loss replaced. I do not expect to stay in someone else's ruins. Please don't lose sight of a consistent quality. It will cost you loyal guest. December 31, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Rooms and Hard Beds The staff was excellent and everything went well except for noise and comfort. The ceiling creaked loudly every time someone walked in the room above and that went on all night. I had very little sleep and drove for 378 miles the next day. The bed mattresses are also super hard and the double beds were very small. It was the last time I will stay there. December 30, 2014
