Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location My stay was pleasant, the staff were professional and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit tricky to find and the HVAC wasn't the absolute best, and the hot water was not 100% hot when I showered in the morning- depending on time- but a nice hotel, a convenient, comfortable stay near the airport. I've stayed at this GRE Airport property several times in the last 2 years and clearly the room cleanliness, AC housing falling off in room, Internet slow, etc. for the price indicates a decline. I stay at lots of HI Express and HI properties every years as a Platinum member and this one is in the bottom 25% I would say now although 1 year ago that was not the case. January 28, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nov 2012 The lobby is beautiful. We booked a hot tub room. The picture discribed more of a hot tub in the bedroom. When we arrived the tub was in the bathroom. Not exactly what we had in mind for a hot tub room. The room was older but clean. There were pictures missing off the walls. I asked for a non connecting quiet room and this room had two connecting rooms, one on each side. The hotel was in a good location and just a few minutes drive from downtown. Overall, I would stay there again but would not pay the extra money for the "big bathtub". We were booked for two nights but left after one. We decided to move on to another location along our trip route. November 14, 2012

Slept well in a very clean and spacious room. I had equally friendly encounters with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and morning Front Desk as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. October 13, 2012

The manager was VERY helpful in setting us up a block of rooms at a discounted rate for 2 nights. Our tourney schedule changed and we only needed 1 night accommodations for the group. The manager still let us have the same discounted rate and did not penalize us for the change. A very big THANK YOU to her! Antonio at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful for our check-in ( loved him)! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and us adults enjoyed the sitting area (overlooking the pool) with the flat screen TV. The breakfast had a variety of choices, pancakes, omelets, etc, and they even had it ready early for us so our team could get to the ball field by 8am! The entire hotel was clean and the rooms were large with comfortable beds & pillows. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again the next time we are in town!
