like I said the room was not cleaned like it sould have been the air con/ leaked water on the floor they changed it the one they put in was so load if I ran to cool the room made so much nose I could not sleep

we were in town for an unexpected funeral. All of the staff were very kind, considerate and helpful during this stressful time. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We were able to eat together as a group for breakfast with the nice accommodations provided. There was enough variety that all could find something they liked.

I stay here a few times a year when I visit my grandkids. I have never had and major issues. Some of the small problems were handled immediately without hesitation.

Everyday the cleaning staff entered the room they sprayed more than abundant amounts of deodorant spray in the room even after multiple requests for them to stop. The carpet was filthy and the "new" towels smelled musky

Stayed here for a night when I needed to catch a very early flight. Check in was lightning fast, room was quiet, Internet was fast. I had no problem streaming netflix and taking care of email. I would suggest this location.

We rented two rooms for two nights for our family to attend our daughter's graduation. Poor service: Pool was not maintained. No maid service ever came to our room, we ran out of toilet paper and towels, trash in room wasn't dumped. Went to front desk to complain and got two extra towels and a roll of toilet paper for 4 people per room! Maid service still never showed up for our entire stay! Faucet in shower was loose and the tub didn't drain well. Sheets were thin and worn. Sign for breakfast stated that it was from 6AM- 9AM. We showed up Saturday AM at 6 and was told the sign for weekend hours had fallen down and they hadn't replaced it yet, but breakfast on the weekends started at 7AM. Had to scramble our kids and plans and get breakfast at a restaurant, which delayed our attempt at an early start to our 10 hour drive, and was an added expense to our trip. Made a complaint at desk when checking out and was told they had to wait for the boss to come in and they would make a note of our complaints and adjust our bill. No adjustment was made, still charged my card the full price which was a lot. Expected much more from HI Express and experienced much better hotels in the chain for a much cheaper rate during our trip.

Front desk was useless when I had an issue with the room not being serviced. I will not stay here again.
