The staff that ran happy hour was great and very accommodating and helpful and made you feel very much at home . The snacks and beverages were very nice . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in Grenada,Ms Stayed in Grenada, Ms for one night while on business. I had traveled all day starting at 5 am and arrived in Grenada ,Ms late in the evening. I was greeted by a frindely staff and was able to check in quickly. My room was clean and very comfortable . An evening meal was served and was very good. Checkout was easy and quick . Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful shower and musty odor We checked in and upon arrival noticed a musty odor in the room. The shower head was mildewed over and hardly operated properly. The bathroom was filthy. We brought this to the attention of the front desk 3 times and even took the manager to the room to show him what the problem was. All along we were told this would be fixed. It was not, and when we came back on the second night the room was NOT even made up or cleaned. Not to mention that the shower head was still disgusting and not cleaned or fixed. The breakfast area had multiple broken serving utensils as well as poor overall appearance. This place needs a SERIOUS makeover PLUS a staff that cares... We will NOT return to this property. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN The staff was friendly but there are many issues with this HI Express. 1. The AC in the conference room did not work. It was uncomfortably hot for the 3 days we used it. 2. The water pitcher provided to us was filthy. Black crud was flushed from the spigot when I poured a cup of water. We get to Grenada MS every 6 months for work and we will be staying somewhere else from now on. October 25, 2015
