My job requires travel several times a year and I generally stay at Holiday Inn Express at most of my destinations due to the high standards and consistent amenities they provide, inclusing a hot breakfast. The HI Express in Grenada MS stands out to me as the nicest one I have ever stayed in. I most highly recommend this one as THE place to stay in north central Mississippi.

The suites myself and my colleagues were upgraded to was great, but the super friendly staff is what made the stay exceptional! From the manager to the morning breakfast staff everyone was so nice and pollite and every request was granted with a smile.

The exercise equipment needs service and updating. Other wise a very nice stay with clean quiet rooms.

I've stayed at this location once a month over the past year with business travel. The back entrance exterior door does not work & hasn't for 8 months or so. Now the side entrance does not work either. On my visit in October the side door was open without requiring a key card at 10:30 at night. This makes entry possible for anyone off the street, not a very secure situation. Earlier this year they gave snacks or water for Priority Club members but that hasn't been done for at least 4 or 5 months either. This location does not meet the standards that I'm accustomed to and would expect from a Holiday Inn. With that said I'd like to compliment the very courteous staff. They are very friendly and helpful always. If repairs were to be made to the entrance doors I would recommend this property even without perks for Priority Club members although that would be nice to have also.

At check-in, Jennifer was friendly, courteous and VERY helpful. Reginald at breakfast was also a real pleasure. You are fortunate to have two such exemplary employees on staff.
