Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Trouble with WiFi The room was nice with plenty of space. It was a quiet property and we had a nice comfortable bed. The only problem we experienced was the poor Wi-Fi service. The internet kept crashing and we didn't have good service which was important to us since we had business to take care of online. I mentioned it to the front desk and they were very good at answering any questions, but for whatever the reason the Wi-Fi was subpar. May 3, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast This was my first stay at this location I am a Platinum member of HIE and was not even recognized, most HIE greet you with a snack and water:( The breakfast selection and quality was as poor as I have seen at a HIE. I travel 100 plus nights a year. Overall location was perfect for my travels. April 24, 2013

I had no reservation, just walked in at last moment and they were able to accommodate me. Very clean and it reflects the high standard of the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. March 31, 2013

The hotel was well put together for a comfortable feeling for the guests and the staff were cordial. Breakfast was well presented, fruit fresh and two newspapers were provided (special touch to supply the Omaha World Herald) Location was important and was easy on easy off. March 26, 2013
