Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great property. The hotel is bright and clean. nice rooms, comfortable. Unfortunately check in did not go well. The young clerk was out in the parking lot cleaning a car as two members were standing at the desk. It didn't seem to mater that we were priority club members. No perks just here is your room. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 25 min. just to get in room no one at counter for 10min. they were checking the pool water , then the keys to room didnt work waited another 15 min for her to finish at pool. reason stated was her phone was not working tried calling from front desk phone. January 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par with other Holiday Inn Expresses This is one of the few Holiday Inn Exresses that did not include a microwave and frig in the room, which is always a nice conveniece when you are traveling w. kids. Overall, our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We did experience issues with the pool. Everytime we used it, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. I also had to ask twice for the lights to be turned on in the pool area in the evening. The water temperature of the pool was extremely cold, making it less than desirable. October 19, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort but concerns about service I have been staying in this facility during the week for nearly 2.5 months as I work away from home. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay as I come back.( I do have other choices.) There has been serveral times during my stay, my room was not completely furnished with the items normally supplied in the room. I do not know if the service staff was in a hurry, new or what. I have never made a formal complaint, but since I have been asked to do this review, I figured I might as well say it like it is. I had one experience, when my alarm was messed with apparently while dusting or something. I still am not sure how it could have been set for PM in place of AM. As I had been staying there for a few days already, I did not check the time and turned on my alarm prior to turning in for the night. It is a good thing I usually awaken prior to my alarm as it never went off. I was not late, but sure did make for a hurry up morning. I will continue staying here as I said, I am overall satisfied, but wish the service staff would be more considerate. October 19, 2012
