Our card did not work. went down stairs for two more came back to the room they did not work this was 2 in the morning after a 4 hr drive not happy so I called the front desk for more keys they did not work either. we had no keys for the whole stay and had to be let in by who ever was free. Woke early the next morning in order to attend our event only to find the coffee machine in our room had stale old water in it and could not be used. Plus there was only two coffee pods for 4 adults. Not good!! Went downstairs to get coffee from the breakfast room only to find there was no coffee there either!!! and there would be no coffee as the coffee machine was broken. Many people were very unhappy at this. I 100% expect a hotel to serve coffee if not they should of found some way to get it there for the staying guest. Very disappointed was a understatement!! I will say the lady in the breakfast room was very nice. April 26, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Plumbing The toilet for room 239 was horrible and very in convenient during my stay. The room card reader has intermittent problems that needs to be repaired. The maintenance staff was not very comforting during the repair process and could probably need replacement parts for the plumbing equipment. With that said, the Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful in making every effort to resolve the problems I had. They did reassign me to another room the day before I was scheduled to leave and my request for comp was at least assisted with bonus points. The attendant serving the continental breakfast in the morning has always been extremely professional and helpful. Betty in the front desk is also a real professional and always a pleasure to work with. April 25, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good service We felt the hotel was an older one that needed some updating, especially the bathroom. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was attentive. The heating unit seemed to fluctuate between too hot and then too cold. Breakfast was good. I don't know what we would stay here again because of the higher rate. All we needed was a room to sleep and not any of the extras like the pool or fitness center. March 29, 2016
