We chose the Holiday Inn Express for a stop-over on our way south. The lady at the desk was friendly and welcoming. We wanted a clean, quiet place to stay for the night and that's exactly what we got. The room was actually more spacious than the Holiday Inn Hotel in Nashville.

Under renovation. Lobby was quite dirty. Did not appreciate one of the tile workers talking loud enough for my children to hear him say a curse word.................a minor one, but none the less, a curse word and unprofessional. Mattress was VERY uncomfortable and definitely needs replaced. Other than that, pretty decent place to stay. Check-in lady was very nice, but no recognition for me being a Platinum member. Definitely needs a whirlpool/hot tub in pool area.

I have stayed at this location multiple times but will be the last. The lobby was under construction with tile cutting and hammering starting at 8:00 AM. I work evenings and got very little sleep during the day. It would have been professional to warn customers about the construction and noise ahead of time.

The hotel seems fine, but there is renovation going on, so expect some noise from that. Otherwise typical Holiday Inn Express. Staff was fine, room was average. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get an upgrade being a platinum member, but no big deal it was just two nights.

I stayed at this property and was initially placed in a handicap room because they were overbooked and could not put me in the room I requested when booked. So I was put in a smoking suite which was very smoke filled. Internet did not work all night. The front desk clerk tried several times to assist me without success. The tech support number never called back. The room was noisy as it faced the highway. As I was leaving, I spoke to the manager about my concerns and at that time, notice my priority membership was not added. The property mgmt. assured me they would get it added immediately. Never happened. Had to do it myself. The stay would've been better if I would've been able to use the internet for work. :/ Room was smelly but it was clean.

Seriously, this is a great location. Close to shopping malls and decent restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've stayed here many times and have not had a bad experience yet.

After a long day of traveling, it was a pleasure to be greeted by very friendly front desk staff. The room was bright and cheerful, with handsome contemporary furnishings. Lots of choices for restaurants nearby. Only downside was a slightly noisy heatpump outside. (The room was so quiet that the heatpump was noticeable.) The breakfast is one of the reasons I stay at Holiday Inn Express and this hotel had the expected choices. The lobby was being renovated when I visited - I look forward to seeing it completed. Did not use the pool or fitness center, but they looked inviting.

I recently stayed at this location while traveling on business and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Even though this location was under construction, it was very clean. My room was nice and clean, I had a very comfortable bed and was very pleased with my stay. The staff was so friendly at check in and even the next morning when I went down to the front desk in desperation needing a safety pin. The front desk clerk was kind enough to sacrifice her own pin for me. By doing this she saved me from having to make an uncomfortable stop at a store to purchase pins and would have made me late for a meeting that morning. I love the breakfast options that are offered and will make the Holiday Inn Express locations my preferred choice when traveling. Thank you to the staff for putting the customer back in customer service!!

Easy to find and prompt service at front desk. Was not recognized as a propority club member. Morning breakfast was hectic due to large group of students staying there for singing competition. Overall the breakfast staff seemed to have everything well stocked. Checkout was smooth.

There was one friendly desk employee the whole week I stayed. Most of the people could'nt give of their rear to help or be friendly. The breakfest area was disorganized and the pancake machine was out of order with no idea when it would be fixed.

The Holiday Inn Express, Grove City, OH, met all expectations. We were only there one night, but it's always great after a long day of driving to know we can count on Holiday Inn Express for a clean, comfortable room and good breakfast.

We stayed here on our way home from NY. The hotel staff was excellent. The room was great and we both said the bed was so comfortable. I asked how old the hotel was because we thought it was new. If we ever pass thru again we will for sure stay there.

Access road to hotel is difficult to find and enter. Serious traffic noise on 270 side of hotel. Otherwise an OK experience although overpriced. Not sure I would stay at this HIExpress again although a member of Priority Club and have stayed at many HIExpress.

When I reserved my room, I accidently reserved a smoking room. When I arrived at the hotel and went to the room I found this out. The front desk changed my room to nonsmoking without hesitation and very quickly.
The room was clean and comfortable.

I have stayed Holiday Inn Express - Grove City Ohio several times in the past years and have found it to be very clean, staff very knowledgeable, and treated like family. I would highly recommend this hotel on your next visit to this area. Location is very convenient.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was below the standard that I have come to expect from the Holiday Inn Express. The baked goods were hard, as if they had not been stored properly. Rooms on the interstate side of the hotel had some road noise as well.

I'm a gold member with the Holiday Inn Express. As we're walking to our room which was on the 3rd floor you could smell cigarettes the minute you got off the elevator, down the hallway and inside the room. The room had a peculiar smell as if something was put in the room to cover the cigarette smell. The room was non-smoking so we couldn't figure out why it smelled. After awhile we realized that we were staying in a half smoking and half non-smoking room floor. I thought the HIE were smoke free. I have asthma and so do my kids we cannot afford to be anywhere near cigarette smoke. It was very disappointing and the staff didn't even ask me if it was ok to stay on that floor. The front desk lady Lisa told me that I couldn't have a cot in the room so they did upgrade me to the suite at no extra cost, but my husband is active duty Navy and we had to cut out stay short the hotel refused to reimburse us the remaining of the stay we had already paid for. They gave me a really hard time I had to call corporate, they contacted the hotel and straightened it out and got us the rest of our money back. Come to find out Lisa the front desk staff member didn't know the hotel policy well yet she argued with me about it. After much effort on my part things got corrected but rather than verifying the policy she argued with me and when I asked and call for the manager a couple of times she was not available. Not my best experience at the HIE.

We went to grove city for getaway before the new year 2013. We were put in a king room nice for the price right. First night was ok,second night the bathroom toilet breaks. Ok thing happens . They put us to a new room. Ok fine. Next night the new room bathroom toilet breaks same way as first room. Go up front desk and tell them again with the toilet, no there to fix it would l like to move again. I say no just give me a plunger she does it works. Ask I speak to manger none around sorry. Also there seem to be a maid working there with her kid not sure what that about. All in all not happy with my stay.

From the moment I walked in the door, Stephanie and her staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They assisted me with directions, and information about local attractions, and thanked me for staying with them. I can not wait to return to Grove City, to experience their hospitality again.
