Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Very nice hotel located just outside the craziness of Columbus, but close enough to reach everything quickly, pool and hot tub were clean, breakfast area was clean, room was clean and well set up (microwave and mini fridge), heat unit was a little loud but not unbearable. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed This was our one day getaway for our 27th Anniversary. I upgraded to a jacuzzi room. What a mistake, the entire way around. Only a few light worked in the pool room, the hot tub was hot but no jets were working. I told lady at desk but was told Mtc wasn't back in until Monday. We went to our room to "enjoy" jacuzzi jumped in, when I got out I found there to be a spider in the tub. We emptied it the next morning but first opened blinds to see better and it wasnt good. Pretty sure the tub hadn't been cleaned in a while. The filth was unbelievable. Went to breakfast, had to ask lady to fix pancake maker then there was no butter and no regular coffee. Definitely NOT worth the money i paid and didn't have. I wrote a previous comment, had reply to give another chance to make it right. Today, 1-20-15, I tried just that and was told I could stay and receive a discount. Really? We deserve a free night at one of your hotels, with a jacuzzi. Not a discount!! Very disappointed yet again. January 21, 2016
