En las útimas estancias no se me ha reconocido como socio IHG tanto en la de Puebla como en la de Guadalajara ; en este último solicité la habitación cuando llegué a las 12.00pm y no me otorgaron el registro; solicité preferencias de sección ya que junto al hotel están construyendo un anexo y no lo tomaron en cuenta; hasta que lo volví a solicitar en la noche que llegué. Cual es el beneficio de estar prefiriendo los hoteles de este programa? De continuar así; el próximo año cambiaré de cadena hotelera.

My experience was acceptable, only parking spaces were made me very small, slightly varied breakfast, cereals suggest that the children were put. Very clean rooms, very comfortable, very safe and very friendly staff, nice pool, gym very altogether.

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel,as it is conveniently located for our needs while in Guadalajara. We were disappointed ths time with several details. The refreshment vending machine was out of order; the coffeemaker in the room did not work; the duvet on the bed felt like it was made out of cardboard (I don't remember experiencing this problem on my previous stays) and, as others have commented, the breakfast buffet is only lukewarm and,
often times, insufficient for the number of guests (maybe because we are usually there over the weekend when the hotel is at maximum capacity). The staff are very friendly and professional (although a member of housekeeping asked if I needed any laundry done and, as I declined, proceeded to tell me about her economical difficulties, which I sympathize with and understand, and asked for a handout for bus money). I live in Mexico and am accustomed to having strangers ask for money but feel that this could be an unpleasant and unwelcome experience for foreigners visiting Guadalajara. Ending on a positive not, the gym is quite adequate for an Express Hotel!

The hotel is very practical, the spaces are great. One question about the room, there is a empty space at the entrance, it has outlets and everything but no furniture (it´s probably a 5 x5 ft area). At check in I had problems because the credit card system did not work. They had to call the bank to get the approval (time consuming). At check out, the same thing happened. They could not get the approval even by phone. I had to sign a form approving the charge for a later time. I could use the credit card I wanted to.

Everything was fine, except that a lot of students stays at the hotel so the night is comming with noise and the smell of the hall was not really nice, inside of the room everything just fine, it was clean, people on the front desk was nice as well, usually in most of the hotel I get the newspaper on my room and a small present (Usually water and a snack) because of the priority service, but this time I got nothing.... not sure if it was because I pay with points, but the rest was ok.
WiFi speed excellent!

If the hotel is offering a complementary service for breakfast needs to have enough food so you do not feel that you are taking the left over.
There is no easy access from the parking lot to the lobby and nobody offer any help to make your arrival easier.
The room is OK but the towells looks like two years old.
The TV quality is poor.
