El desayuno aunque tratan de dar variedad la sazón deja que desear igual que la presentación , por ejemplo la fruta picada en trozos muy grandes. May 14, 2014

Le pedí un vaso de plástico a uno de las dos personas que estaban en la recepción, y uno de ellos lo iba a buscar, e inmediatamente el otro me dijo que fuera a una tienda a comprarlo, de manera amable, pero no se molestó en tratar de buscar uno. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by De las peores estancias en un Holiday Inn Para empezar llame al hotel ya que la aerolínea mando mi equipaje un vuelo después, y el chico de recepción llamado Andres, me dejo mas de 10 minutos, si 10 minutos solo para confirmarme si estaba mi reserva y poder decirle que mi maleta la iban a llamar alla, a mitad de la llamada me contesto una chica que me pregunto que deseaba pufffff a lo que le conteste que ya le había dicho a su compañero y que era una groseria dejarme esperando ella solo me contesto que su copañero estaba ocupado y claro me puso en espera. Llegue al hotel, pedi revisaran si estaba mi maleta no había llegado, después de una hora llame para ver si había llegado y me lo negarion un chico que se llama Junior por lo que llame a la aerolínea y me confirmaron que ya la habían dejado en el hotel hacia mas de una hora, volvi a llamar al chico y me dijo ahhh siii sin ningún afán de ayuda, no tiene maquina dispensaria,el desayuno pesio mi habitación no servia el teléfono, lo reporte no hicieron nada, muy mal March 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SOCIO IHG En las útimas estancias no se me ha reconocido como socio IHG tanto en la de Puebla como en la de Guadalajara ; en este último solicité la habitación cuando llegué a las 12.00pm y no me otorgaron el registro; solicité preferencias de sección ya que junto al hotel están construyendo un anexo y no lo tomaron en cuenta; hasta que lo volví a solicitar en la noche que llegué. Cual es el beneficio de estar prefiriendo los hoteles de este programa? De continuar así; el próximo año cambiaré de cadena hotelera. November 27, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed This was the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel,as it is conveniently located for our needs while in Guadalajara. We were disappointed ths time with several details. The refreshment vending machine was out of order; the coffeemaker in the room did not work; the duvet on the bed felt like it was made out of cardboard (I don't remember experiencing this problem on my previous stays) and, as others have commented, the breakfast buffet is only lukewarm and, often times, insufficient for the number of guests (maybe because we are usually there over the weekend when the hotel is at maximum capacity). The staff are very friendly and professional (although a member of housekeeping asked if I needed any laundry done and, as I declined, proceeded to tell me about her economical difficulties, which I sympathize with and understand, and asked for a handout for bus money). I live in Mexico and am accustomed to having strangers ask for money but feel that this could be an unpleasant and unwelcome experience for foreigners visiting Guadalajara. Ending on a positive not, the gym is quite adequate for an Express Hotel! August 28, 2013

One question about the room, there is a empty space at the entrance, it has outlets and everything but no furniture (it´s probably a 5 x5 ft area). At check in I had problems because the credit card system did not work. They had to call the bank to get the approval (time consuming). At check out, the same thing happened. They could not get the approval even by phone. I had to sign a form approving the charge for a later time. I could use the credit card I wanted to. July 5, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bad smell on the hall Everything was fine, except that a lot of students stays at the hotel so the night is comming with noise and the smell of the hall was not really nice, inside of the room everything just fine, it was clean, people on the front desk was nice as well, usually in most of the hotel I get the newspaper on my room and a small present (Usually water and a snack) because of the priority service, but this time I got nothing.... not sure if it was because I pay with points, but the rest was ok. WiFi speed excellent! May 28, 2013

There is no easy access from the parking lot to the lobby and nobody offer any help to make your arrival easier. The room is OK but the towells looks like two years old. The TV quality is poor. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It's not really a Holiday Inn Express Hotel I have stay there two times, the first time the sump at shower was clogged and there was no flow water in the floor. The second time the sink could not be closed in order to retain the water. The breakfast starts too late at 7:00 am, normally all the Holiday Inn Express offers the breakfast at 6:00 am. The breakfast is not hot it's only warm, not good quality. There is no complementary transport like others Holiday Inn Express. May 7, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Das Sparhotel Frühstück - zum vergessen. Zu spät, 07.00 Uhr ist die angeschriebene Zeit. 07.30 Uhr noch nicht komplett. Wenig Auswahl, nicht viel, kalt, verbrannt, wenig Gebäck, kein heisses Wasser für Tee. Nie vollständig. Sobald die Morgendämmerung einsetzt wird das Licht ausgeschalten. Dann wird es dunkel. Während dem Frühstück kommt der große Industriestaubsauger um den Eingangsteppich zu saugen. Eine Unterhaltung ist nicht mehr möglich. Seit dem neuen Küchenpersonal ist dies so. Für Europäer nicht gut. Euros können nicht gewechselt werden, nur Dollar. Keine Deutsche Welle im Fernsehen. Deutsch sowieso nicht. Das Shampoo auf den Zimmern wird erst aufgefüllt wenn auch wirklich nichts mehr da ist. Auf den Zimmern funktioniert der Lüfter für die Abluft im Sanitärraum nicht. Die Zimmerschlüssel funktionieren nur max. 2 Tage. Das Hotel ist an einer sehr belebten Straße. Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Pool. Jedoch sind dort die Lichter fast immer aus. Es soll von 06.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet sein. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen dort. Das Hotel spart an allem. Vielleicht sparen bald die Gäste, so dass sie nicht mehr kommen. October 16, 2012
