We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The rooms are clean, the service was ok. The bath tub and the toilet had a leak and the staff fixed it very fast.
We stayed also other times at this hotel and they never have face towels. Also they say that the standard of free bottles of water is 1 in one bed rooms and 2 in two bed rooms. When in other Holiday Inn Express hotels you get 2 bottles.

En general fue una buena estancia, las instalaciones, se me reconoció por ser socio IHG Gold, me dieron un cuarto de una categoría mejor de la que yo había elegido, por el mismo precio, en mi estancia solo tuve un pequeño inconveniente y es que la regadera de la bañera estaba inversa, es decir 'Hot' daba agua fría y 'Cold' daba agua caliente, combinado con que el tapón de la bañera no cerraba por completo. pero en general es una gran hotel y lo recomiendo totalmente

Bad experiance, business center is not really business friendly, It was a pain just to log on, wireless was unreliable, if you need to print something good luck. Breakfast was the same everyday I was there. Water pressure was bad to none.

Whe we arrived to the front desk, our kind of room that I choose it wasn´t available, beacuse the entire floor of that category was closed, but online reservations, was supposed to be available. then they gave me an "upgrade", tha room was ok, but I asked to do the bed (the sofa bed), and it took a long time to do it. And for last, they never do reference as i´m a member of priority, and also, I dindn´t recieved my newspaper (I don´t Know if I qualified to recieve it ) I almost forgot, my wife told me tahat in the bathroom missed all the things that normally have (cream, little towels, shampos, etc)

Trying to be fair I will give thumbs up to the property. Nice building is an exact duplicate of various H Inn Express properties. Swimming pool area, breakfast area, etc are quite well situated.
Staff members are well too busy dealing with lots of tourists that they do not pay attention to several details. I made a specific request several times and was not resolved at all. My room A C was not in working order. The room never dropped from 29o C. A sauna inside ! A maintenance guy reported to front desk that AC was working. If blowing just air is working then it was but the AC compressor was not starting, despite the fact that I kept the thermostat setting at 4oC. Upon checking in there was no remote control for TV. They dropped off one but then again, was not working! It took more than two hours to have someone come to my room and reprogram the TV and the remote. There was no ice on any floor, the ice machines were not working!
Needless to say, I checked out a day earlier as I was not willing to deal with uncomfortable room temperature.
Seems like maintenance department needs a good manager to keep things in working order.
