Really I enjoy my stay at the Hotel, good option for business travelers! The only Cons is that the Hotel is still out of Guanajuato so if you want to visit downtown you must have a car, rental or take a taxi cause there isn't really anything to see around the hotel .

Hotel ubicado en las afueras de la ciudad de fácil acceso. Instalaciones para estancia familiar de fin de semana (alberca y zona infantil).
Habitación sin amenidades y toallas insuficientes. Tampoco había botellas de agua en la habitación. Tuvimos que pedirlas en recepción al salir. Ruido de motores (o maquinaria) del hotel que no permite descansar plenamente por la noche.
Toallas para la alberca un poco desgastadas.
Sin ascenso para socios Platinum.
Servicio al cuarto por proveedor externo a precio razonable y entrega rápida.
Lamentable haber invertido mis puntos Priority en una estancia que no valió ni la mitad de la inversión.

I read some reviews and I was expecting a great hotel, with a breakfast that was above the average, but it was just average.
The room was clean but had some maintenance issues, from a low pressure shower to a towel rack that was tilted so the bath towel that they left on top fell on the toilette. Also there was a noise in the bathroom.
The breakfast buffet lacked pancakes or waffles and was everyday exactly the same.
One day they left a bulletin in my room promoting a lower rate for the next night but when I went to the main desk they told me that it was only available to the people that were leaving that day.

I was business travel and I toke advantage about my son's vacation season, he went to me and he enjoyed the hotel, pool, services, while I worked. But I had some time to enjoyed with him.
It was a good time.

la experiencia que he tenido aqui ha sido muy buena me acen sentir como en casa es la quinta vezque voy y en todas el personal me ha tratado excelente sobre todo los jovenes de recepcion que son muy amables y siempre preocupandose por que uno este muy comodo gracias por todo el desayuno siempre de lo mejor yo voy cada año y espero el proximo estar ahi gracias por todo

I was dissapointed (yet again) with the lack of maintenance in the installations. The water faucet was clogged and they never came to service it, even though we told them about the problem. Also, the ice machine they have there has at least 4 months without working. If you are not going to fix it, at least have the decency to take it away from there.
I am a platinum member and was not even recognized as one.
By the way, the pillows are uncomfortable in extreme.

Very nce hotel, very nice staff, good location but not in the city center, fair food at the Appleby's. The Appleby'a at the Silao hotel has better food for some reason.
My only problem is with the Priority Points system. They never get this right and I have to spend too much time on the phone with the rewards people to get things corrected. This is every single time, and I stay there a lot.
Otherwise very good place with a very good breafast.
