Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome hotel! The hotel and the fact that it has an indoor warm swimming pool is what I have always looked forward to the 3 years my husband and I have been going. It is clean and safe and most of all, quiet and relaxing. I would only like to say that the staff, especially the ones from the reception and the waiters could have a better attitude. When we arrive, at the check-in, they are always nice and attentive, but whenever we do the check-.out they don't say things such as "Thanks for having stayed with us, we hope you'd return soon" or "We hope you had a pleasant staying." They only say, "Ok, that's all, here's your receipt" and that's it! The waiters the two previous years were very nice and kind towards the guests. This year, though, some of them were not that polite or were only like hurrying us. Anywya, I do like the hotel and I'd really like to know if there are other Express with indoor pools. Thank you. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The rooms are clean, the service was ok. The bath tub and the toilet had a leak and the staff fixed it very fast. We stayed also other times at this hotel and they never have face towels. Also they say that the standard of free bottles of water is 1 in one bed rooms and 2 in two bed rooms. When in other Holiday Inn Express hotels you get 2 bottles. October 29, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cervantino En general fue una buena estancia, las instalaciones, se me reconoció por ser socio IHG Gold, me dieron un cuarto de una categoría mejor de la que yo había elegido, por el mismo precio, en mi estancia solo tuve un pequeño inconveniente y es que la regadera de la bañera estaba inversa, es decir 'Hot' daba agua fría y 'Cold' daba agua caliente, combinado con que el tapón de la bañera no cerraba por completo. pero en general es una gran hotel y lo recomiendo totalmente October 14, 2013
