This hotel is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Iliana at the front desk was very helpful as was the bellhop Herbierto. It was recommended that we go to a restaurant across the street for our dinner but it is worth your life to cross the street due to the heavy traffic and also the restaurant closes at 7pm. There are a couple of pizza places down the street a couple of blocks and the next time I would go there or order one in. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and makes a great start to your day.

This hotel and staff really are great and the service is second to none. I was treated very well during my visit. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are excellent and well kept. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has an excellent variety of home made regional dishes. I recommend this hotel if you going for business or pleasure.

This hotel has a great location close to San Carlos, restaurants and local beaches. The pool is excellent but gets crowded on the weekends. The staff was wonderful and helpful as we had an accident in the parking lot and was handled perfectly.
The only bad thing was that the bathroom did not smell clean even after the maid came. It always smelled musty like a wet dog.

We had a really comfortable stay there. This is a new hotel so it was really clean, I hope it continues equal in the future. I completely recommend to stay in this hotel.

When I got to the hotel I had to wait an hour to solve a situation caused by the system regarding my reservation. Even though I proved with the navigation history of my cell phone that the mistake was not mine, the manager treated me poorly and told me he was going to do an exception. The only thing that made me happy my staying there, was my son, he did not notice the dirty carpet of the room, he just complained about the temperature in the ways to the room, it was too low, he did not care for the broken hair dryer nor the key that got unprogrammed. For all that happened I think the tariff was too high and, I pay one more day, with a higher tariff because I was going to stay just 4 hours more from the check out time. After I complained with some friends about this I found out that this happens with some frequency so I gues that if I have known this before I'd choose another hotel. I may not go back.
