Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel and best option in Guaymas but watchout for making changes once checked in to your reservation Very nice hotel for the area. Pool looked nice but was a bit too chilly to try and use. Breakfast is ok, good fresh fruit and bread options. Gym is an afterthought in a closet. I rated knowledgeable staff poor because of the following experience. Watch out if you make a change once you check in. The apparently charged my card for the entire stay the day I arrived. I have had a mighty struggle with their accounting department to get a hotel bill for my expense report. I even speak Spanish and have called and emailed and it has been quite the experience fixing an issue that admittedly I caused by changing and checking out early in order to stay one night in the middle of my stay in Hermosillo to avoid driving back in the dark. Not sure what is wrong or different with their accounting department from other Holiday Inns. They are responsive but fail to provide what I need to support a business expense, for my company guidelines OR IRS guidelines. I have a credit for one night to stay there when I go back but they can't credit my credit card back. Just weird. January 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Full marks for this hotel This hotel is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Iliana at the front desk was very helpful as was the bellhop Herbierto. It was recommended that we go to a restaurant across the street for our dinner but it is worth your life to cross the street due to the heavy traffic and also the restaurant closes at 7pm. There are a couple of pizza places down the street a couple of blocks and the next time I would go there or order one in. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and makes a great start to your day. November 11, 2013

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are excellent and well kept. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has an excellent variety of home made regional dishes. I recommend this hotel if you going for business or pleasure. September 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for Family This hotel has a great location close to San Carlos, restaurants and local beaches. The pool is excellent but gets crowded on the weekends. The staff was wonderful and helpful as we had an accident in the parking lot and was handled perfectly. The only bad thing was that the bathroom did not smell clean even after the maid came. It always smelled musty like a wet dog. August 15, 2013
