We went on weekend that the hotel was booked solid. The room was great and the staff treated everyone like they were the only guests.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay there next year when I return for the annual conference in Gulf Shores.

We usually stay at a different hotel, but decided to try out a Holiday Inn Express because of it's lower price and location. I did not want to stay on the beach, but close enough that we could enjoy the amenities of being in a beach town without having to deal with the traffic and noise. This hotel was PERFECT. The staff was very accommodating and made sure that our room was to our liking. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

I was amazed how quiet it was, even with a college softball team staying there. Never heard anything outside of the room, day or night. Everything was above expectations. There was only two slight, I mean slight inconveniences, internet dropped several times, but came back within a reasonable time. The other complaint was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Other than those two slight problems, we had a very good experience. I will sure stay there again.

I was not impressed with making the reservations because they tried to sell me the most expensive room. They did not mention a less expensive option until I asked for one.

The only negative thing I would have to anything to say about would be the way some of the food tasted for breakfast.
