Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pet fee increase and bugs in room We have stayed at this facility several times over past three years with general satisfaction. However, on this visit we were informed that the pet fee is going up $50. This alone will cause us to seek lodging elsewhere. Additionally we had bugs in our room this weekend and when we informed the front desk while checking out, we were given a very weak excuse for this occurrence. We weren't asking for any refund or reduced rate but a little more concern would have been appreciated. We will not be staying here again. April 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as Dog Friendly as Last Year I had a room reserved for the first floor, and was told a specific room number. When I arrived, the staff assigned me a third floor room. I asked why, and they said that the policy regarding dogs had changed, and they had received the fax "today". They assigned me a room by the stairs at the end of the hallway. I told them that I did not want to climb stairs. The manager said, "You are welcome to use the elevator". But they did not assign me a room near the elevator, I had to ask for that myself, and then they switched the room. I was not happy about the third floor room since I had more than one dog to walk and spent the night going up and down the elevator to potty the dogs. I was also not happy that they refused to honor the originally-assigned room. They also blacked out one of the two nights that I stayed at this hotel, so I could not use my rewards points on Thursday night. Yes, this is a nice hotel, which is why I returned to the hotel this year. But I did not appreciate being treated as a second class citizen. If the hotel staff is worried about subsequent guests having allergies to animals, they should put the people who have allergies on the third floor. They don't have to go outside to potty in the middle of the night. It seems that when the economy is bad, people who travel with pets receive better treatment. Now that the economy has improved, people with pets are again relegated to the back of the bus. April 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room 133 I would strongly advise fixing the exterior door right outside this room to not slam so loud as this went on every few minutes throughout my stay with the exception of hours 11pm-4am. The wallpaper in this room is pealing off the walls and there was white hair and stink bugs on the floor. Could have been better! April 16, 2015
