Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff arew happy on the job The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. The reason for this, I believe, is based on the willingness of staff to do the best job. They seem to respect one another and are smiling whenever they meet customers in the halls, in the dining room and at the check-out desk. Each employee takes pride in his/her work. After visiting the hospital, it was such a treat to return to a clean neat room. There was a letter to guests re. a problem with ants in Halifax and the hotel made sure the room was sprayed and hoped that their efforts prevented ant problems. We didn't see one ant in the room.
