I got ill and had to call 911 for assistance and your staff cmae to my aid and went beyain the norm to halp me and stayed with until help arrived. It meant a lot to me and my wife. My wife stayed there for another week while i was recovering at the QE11. The staff treated her like family, always there for a chat and always asked about my condidion. We stay at this location a lot and it is always very very good but this time you all went over the top. God bless you!!!! January 16, 2013
