Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gute Zimmer, schlechtes Frühstück Ich bin geschäftlich viel unterwegs und übernachte oft in klassischen Business Hotels. Die Zimmer sind in diesem Hotel zwar eher klein, aber modern und gut eingerichtet. Eigenartigerweise, was ich sonst nicht erlebe, musste ich das Zimmer beim Einchecken schon bezahlen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Es gab nicht ausreichend Plätze, z.T. nur Plätze an 'schmalen Theken. Die Frühstücksauswahl war vergleichsweise sehr gering, keine warmen Speisen, geringe Auswahl an Wurst, Käse.... Wer vernünftig in einem Hotel frühstücken will, dem rate ich dringend von diesem Hotel ab. Wer ein günstiges, zntrales Zimmer ohne Frühstück will, der ist hier gut bedient. h August 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Soweit ok Zimmer soweit ok, Bad super. Lage auch gut, in nächster Nähe zur Ubahn. Schwach und sein Geld nicht wert das Frühstück. Hier müsste was passieren von Seiten des Hotels. Ansonsten im großen und ganzen ok. August 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gute Lage vom Hotel Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen unterschiedlicher Linien. Somit sind praktisch alle relevanten Hamburg-Highlights super per U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Alster ist sogar in ca. 10 Minuter per Fuß zu erreichen. August 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Choice near Hamburg Hbf! This was a great hotel only a short subway ride and walk from the central train station (Hbf). Just as an FYI, it seems like a Deutsche Bahn train ticket will allow you to travel on the subway until 6am the morning after the train travel is completed (ask an attendant to be sure), so we were able to get off the train, walk over to the subway, then get to this hotel within 10-15 minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pillows were flat, but that was the ONLY thing I could complain about, and it wasn't hard to fluff them quickly, so it's not even a complaint. We had 2 adults and 3 small children in a double room with a sofa bed, and were extremely happy with the value we received. I'd definitely stay here again, and will likely give other Holiday Inn Expresses a shot when traveling through Europe. July 28, 2014
