Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by just like home Every time we stay here it is just like coming home. The staff is WONDERFUL- caring- professional- pleasant- I am running out of words to describe how they are. The breakfast is always great- good fresh variety and pleasant people who keep things fresh and well stocked. We are always greeted by everyone- they are just a GREAT team there. And I know if I ever need anything at all I just need to call or ask. Would recommend to anyone- singles- family- business. October 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and great customer service I was very impressed (as a former hotel worker) how great the customer service was at this hotel. Some of the highlights are: 1) The General Manager was in the breakfast area every morning greeting guests and assisting with the service of breakfast 2) The front desk people, Seneda and Darryl, were informative and helpful. 3) Our housekeeper, remembered who were were the next day and greeted us at breakfast like we were old friends (love it!!!) 4) Lori, the Director of Sales, was a great listener and very helpful in addresses our issue. 5) The strength and helpfulness of the maintenance men was greatly appreciated!!!! I also love the location - the hotel is right off the freeway. It is located by any restaurant you could think of and there is a movie theater and Wal-Mart close to the hotel. My husband and I would visit this hotel again! October 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very good breakfasts' Even though the elevator was not working, the staff accommodated us by putting us on the 2nd floor with a room close to the stairs. It was not a problem, especially for my husband, who is 80. The staff was great, especially Donna. We became friends instantly. We will be back. October 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Being a southerner I am use to a certain level of courtesy and hospitality and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The phone call a couple hours after check in to make sure everything was going well to every employee greeting me when they saw me to the obvious attention to making sure all customers feel welcomed all made me feel relaxed and able to enjoy my weekend.
