Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Stay It was our first time at this hotel and we were really impressed. We stayed there one night as we were flying out of BWI early the next morning. The staff was very pleasant. The driver that took us to the airport and another driver who picked us up on our return were very cautious drivers and very courteous. We did not have time for breakfast the first night but when we returned after our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast the next morning. The staff person was very accommodating and the variety of food was outstanding. We will definitely be staying at that location the next time we fly from BWI. March 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the nicer hotel experiences I have had The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere and clean rooms and common areas. The location of the hotel works well if you are flying through BWI or doing local business. It is 5 minutes from the casino so that is a plus. There were no issues with the room, although TV service did cut out on me at one point (could have been due to the bad weather that night). Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the workout room was well equipped. I would warn against going to the Denny's attached to the building. I made the mistake and had one of the worst dining experiences of my life there. Food is bad and service is the worst, even for a Denny's. March 2, 2015

When it is very cold and they know the wait will be 20 minutes, They should suggest that patrons wait inside and then either call or look for guests coming out. February 22, 2015
