Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 BWI Airport West Fantastic!!! Clean,great rooms, lots of electrical plugs, great staff, EXTREME timely shuttle, safe. Away from the city enough to not worry about your car. Restaurant next door. Only situation , smokers by front door (sorry smokers) but besides that..it was GREAT. Car was safe, we were safe, Value was pretty good. I thought park and stay was just a little overpriced. Staying again , in the next few weeks! They CARE!!! September 2, 2015

We knew from past experience that we could find a comfortable place and good night's sleep at the Holiday Inn Express, which we have used often. As usual, everything was great. August 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay but Beware of Airport Shuttle Pickup Stayed at the start of our vacation and left our car at the hotel (under the Stay and Fly program). The hotel stay and shuttle to the airport were great, but the shuttle return form the airport left a lot to be desired. From the time we called the hotel to the time of pickup was over 30 minutes, then on the way to the hotel, the driver was instructed to make an additional spot at the rental car return counter to pickup someone else. The driver was polite and apologetic despite seeming to be continually nagged by someone at the hotel over the radio. Since the hotel had a second van, it seemed that they should have had a second driver to alleviate some of the transportation backlog. August 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Moldy carpet in our room Avoid this hotel if at all possible! Our room had a handicap-accessible shower that was improperly installed, causing water from the shower to leak into the room's carpet. When I arrived, prior guests had clearly gotten the room carpeting wet, as the whole room reeked like mildew. Hotel staff failed to acknowledge or address the problem, and didn't even inspect the room when I complained, indicating that they already knew about the problem but were choosing to ignore it and continue renting the disgusting room out to guests anyway. Maybe other rooms in the hotel are fine, but my experience indicates a systemic failure of the hotel's management to provide clean/sanitary rooms for guests. I suggest you find somewhere else to stay. August 20, 2015
